A little update on our boarding rates ❤️🐾
From the 1 October, our boarding rates increase by 10per cent.
Like many small businesses, we’ve seen our operating costs continue to rise and with the upcoming changes around EFTPOS and card payment fees, we will no longer be able to pass those charges on seperately to customers. This means we will once again have to absorb the thousands of dollars in fees.
We’ve carefully considered this increase and have tried to keep it as reasonable as possible while ensuring we can continue to provide the love, care and high standard of service that your pets deserve.
We are incredibly grateful for your understanding and most importantly for your continued trust in us to care for your much loved furry family members. ❤️🐾
