It was great to welcome the Fairholme Equestrian students to Davidson Equestrian & Veterinary last week for a hands-on excursion. 🐴🩺

The girls explored a range of topics including bandaging, equine dentistry, anatomy and reproductive examination, with plenty of great questions and enthusiasm throughout the session.

We loved sharing a little insight into the veterinary and equestrian industry with the next generation. Well done, girls! 👏

Our young stallion Spectre D (Stakkato/Le Primeur) stepping up around the Waratah World Cup last weekend ⭐️
Spectre continues to impress us with his technique, scope and heart, taking on a challenging World Cup track and showing plenty of promise for the future.

A big thank you to the organisers for another fantastic event. The new surface is a real asset to Australian showjumping and was a pleasure to compete on.

And of course, a huge thank you to Riko Riko®️ for taking such great care of Spectre and keeping him looking and feeling his best. 🤎

Exciting times ahead for this young horse! 🐴✨

With breeding season fast approaching, we’re looking for an extra set of hands to join the Davidson Equestrian & Davidson Veterinary team in Toowoomba.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a young rider or veterinary science student looking to gain hands-on experience within a busy, professional equestrian environment spanning breeding, young horse production, competition and veterinary reproduction.

A big congratulations to Jemima and Stockholme D, her 5yo Spectre D gelding purchased from Davidson Equestrian last year. 🌟

Jemima is doing a fantastic job producing this young horse, taking her time with his jumping while giving him plenty of valuable competition experience.

The pair have already qualified for Interschool Nationals in both Dressage and Show Horse — a fantastic achievement and a great way to give a young horse confidence and exposure early in his career.

Well done Jemima — we love seeing our Davidson horses out there thriving with their new riders! 🐴✨

✨Morton✨ is an 11-year-old, 15.3hh black gelding with plenty of experience jumping around 1.20m tracks, both indoors and outdoors.

He is an honest and brave jumper who is happy to help his rider out at the fence. While smaller in stature, Morton has plenty of jump and is more than capable over a fence. He can be a little strong at times, so is best suited to a rider who is comfortable with a forward-going horse.

Morton has been ridden in a variety of environments and is easy to handle on the ground. He would suit someone looking for an experienced, genuine jumper with plenty to offer. $35,000
