🎄CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS ARE FILLING FAST!🎄
A little Christmas heads-up from the Plush Paws team ❤️
We have approximately ONE DAY’S WORTH of appointments left in Mel’s Floofy Dogs roster between now and Christmas!
After that, we’ll be working with our waitlist, rollover rain days and some extended-hour options as we move into the warmer months and longer daylight hours. Extended hours may attract an additional charge.
And just a reminder — we don’t work weekends, so our available grooming days are limited. 🐾
🎄 CHRISTMAS WEEK IS ALREADY AT CAPACITY!
Our Christmas rosters are generally booked well in advance and are set from January each year. That said, Christmas is never completely set in stone!
Things change. People cancel, move dates, change services or have plans pop up, and we’ll continue adjusting the roster each week to accommodate as many of you as we safely can.
So please don’t panic if you’re currently on the waitlist. ❤️
We’ll keep working our little bit of Christmas magic wherever possible! ✨
We are, however, seeing an extraordinarily busy season, particularly with dogs needing shave-offs or significant coat changes who don’t currently have an established grooming roster.
If that’s your dog, please get in touch sooner rather than later. We’d much rather have the conversation early and see what we can do than have you scrambling at the last minute.
Yes, there are corporate salons that may have different pricing and availability — and many are already incredibly busy too. So absolutely, shop around and find what works for you and your dog. ❤️
For new clients, we do require a booking fee, which is deducted from your pet’s service total on the day. This helps us manage the very high demand for appointments. The fee may be forfeited in circumstances such as a late cancellation, double booking, or where important information about your dog hasn’t been provided accurately.
We also have a waitlist, although being on the waitlist can’t guarantee an appointment. If a spot becomes available, we’ll work through the list and contact the next suitable dog.
And please remember to keep your account up to date. If an appointment remains unpaid, we may need to release that spot to another family who is waiting. 🐾
We genuinely wish we could fit every dog in.
Unfortunately, there are only so many hours in a day, and we want every dog we groom to receive the time, care, patience and individual attention they deserve. ❤️

🎄 Please don’t leave it too late.
Once the regular roster, rollover days and available extended hours are full, we simply won’t have any more room.
We’ll be closing for the year on 23 December and would absolutely love to have your beautiful floof booked in before then. 🥰🐶
