My life is taking a new direction and I have sold all my pet quality birds. I am currently advertising my breeding groups on the A.P.P.A.P page on Facebook.
I will still remain the President of Seymour Poultry Club and will still be here if you need any advice.

It’s that time of year again, if anyone has any birds they’d like to sell, contact myself or message Seymour Poultry Club (same, same!)
….and of course I’ll be there all 3 days selling some of my birds and chatting poultry to anyone who’ll listen!

We are now taking bookings for our largest sale, The Seymour Alternative Farming Expo held over 1-3 April 2022. This is an enormous event in which the The Seymour Poultry Club sell poultry over the 3 days of the expo. We have some of Australia's top breeders and judges bringing poultry to this event.

The poultry is to be penned either Thursday 5-8pm or before 8am Friday morning. We will feed and water the poultry until they are sold or until Sunday afternoon when you may pick up any unsold items.

A maximum of 3 birds are allowed in each pen, and must be of good health and parasite free. We have the right to refuse all your birds if any are presented in an unwell manner.

Pens are $15 for an XL or large pen and $10 for bantam pens. We are also taking bookings for Donation Pens; these are pens which are sold and all proceeds are donated to our club to further promote poultry, these pens have no charge. Please note, due to insurance changes, all sellers must now be Seymour Poultry Club members, with the fees for the year being: Family $10, Single $5 or Junior $2.

Please book sooner rather than later as we do book out rather quickly. We will first take bookings for the start of the event; Friday morning. Once the shed is full we can then take bookings for Saturday morning, filling the pens that were sold the day before. Each new filling of the pens incurs an additional fee.

We are taking bookings via messages to this page, email - [email protected] or call us on 0468 479 753. Please indicate how many pens/size you require, the breeds you'll be bringing and a contact number please. This year ALL payments for the sale of your birds will be made via direct debit, so bring your banking details with you when penning your birds.

Please note, we will not be taking waterfowl due to the difficulties keeping them hygienic in a pen for 3 days. We will however have a notice board for those wanting to place an advertisement for their waterfowl.
