Weighing the eggs to monitor thier success.
Eggs in incubator weigh 5% heavier than that which are in the enclosure with the female.
Incubator humidity 90%
Enclosure humidity 40% and dropping.
Might be good to add a small bowl of water in with the eggs

Progress on maternal incubation.
Seems pointless at this stage in comparison too incubator.
Mother doesn’t help incubate the eggs under my observation, she goes in and out of her burrow and hasn’t turned the eggs at least.
I’m happy with the eggs atm, they have dimpled but seem not to be drying out at the 40% humidity and stable temps at 27 to 29 degrees ( mostly closer to 29 ).
The incubated eggs are full and plump and are ranging in temps from 30 to 32 deg and 85 - 90% humidity ( no dipping ).

This is the 2nd female woma about 2 weeks from laying eggs.

First eggs for 2026
Woma python x 10 no slugs
Attempting to set female up a nesting box with 1/2 the clutch and incubate the other 1/2.
It’s probably 5 yrs since I have successfully bred womas. Pics of sire included.
I have 3 females mated to the same sire , 1 has had prelay slough and the other is ovulating.

Breeding reptiles is satisfying and rewarding.
From picking pairs or breeding groups to selling off the best stuff or keeping it for future breeding years , it all has a level of achievement value.
It’s a long road and can be very expensive.

Northern Blue tongue Morphs available
Piedside , Alabaster , White Northern , T+ Albino and Anery.
Also have some hets to go with them for future breeding prospects.
Multiple genetics and well cared for, bred here in WA.
All babies so won’t breed this year.

I love bobtails, incredible durability remarkable adaptability and so very cute.
Always have been my favourite reptile.
This will wind up the breeding season for the year.
Please message us if you would like to be considered in adopting reptiles.
We have Stimsons and Carpet pythons, frill neck lizards and oblong turtle hatchlings.
Plus then there’s next year if you miss out this year.
