I've had my second physio session today and starting to feel like I'm making progress with the muscle damage 🤞 my shoulder is actually feeling really good and only slightly weak! Now my biggest issue is muscle damage and bulging disc in my lumbar, oh and arthritis which I didn't know was there but makes sense now why my lower back was always so stiff and sore 🙃 I'm going to start swimming again and trimming hooves minimally as that does the most damage to my lower back. Any horse riders out there dealt with severe lower back pain/bulging disc and trying to sit the canter?? Walk and trot feels pretty good, but sitting a canter is impossible, way too painful! So i stay up in two point 😅 any one else dealt with this before?? All in all though feeling on track and just have to make sure i don't over do anything (as usual) 🤣
