We had a lovely visit from some Leonora Primary School students this morning, who were very excited to hold a baby chick, and visit McDonald's before they headed home.

W***y Wagtail's are found throughout the Goldfields, and spend much of their day looking for insects to eat. September marks the main breeding season for the W***y Wagtail.

They are extra hungry at the moment, and they need a boost of food and water. Water can be placed in a shady spot, and feeding them live mealworms or live crickets is beneficial for successful breeding.

Goldfields Stockfeeds stocks both live mealworms and crickets, prices start at $10.50.

𝟭𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀

We have received many enquiries for garden worms, and we've been lucky to team up with a worm supplier from Perth.

We are looking at doing another order at the end of this month before it gets too hot, and this allows you time to start your worm farm, or begin your compost heap.

250 grams of worms (around 1000 worms) is $72 landed in Kalgoorlie.

If you would like to order, please send us an email
