Booth Rural Julia Creek is in search of an enthusiastic, motivated Sales support staff member.

The position will be Full time, Monday-Friday in Julia Creek.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, supporting a sales team across 3 branches and wants to grow with the business.

Key responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and in person.
- Prepare quotes, sales orders and invoices
- Process customer orders and follow up on deliveries
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Assist with stock availability and product information
- Follow up leads and customer enquiries
- Support the sales team to achieve business goals
- Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times.

Booth Rural is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Rural Merchandise Manager to join our team in Hughenden. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about agriculture, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and is looking to be part of a locally focused rural business.

Key responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the rural merchandise department.
* Provide exceptional customer service and technical product advice.
* Oversee stock ordering, inventory management, and merchandising.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local producers and suppliers.
* Identify sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.
* Lead and support the merchandise team to deliver excellent service.
About you:
* Experience in rural merchandise, agricultural retail, or a similar role.
* Sound knowledge of agricultural products and the rural industry.
* Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
* A proactive attitude with a focus on customer service.
* Current driver's licence (essential).
