Hello to all my wonderful clients,

I just wanted to let you know that I’m heading off on maternity leave as I get ready to welcome a new addition.

At this stage, I’m planning to return to grooming around August/September, and if I’m able to come back earlier I’ll be sure to let you know.

Thank you all so much for your kindness, patience, and support throughout this journey — it truly means a lot. I’ll keep you posted with any updates.

Dear valued customer

Due to the current economic position with fuel prices constantly going up every day, I’ve come to the unfortunate decision to add a $10 fuel surcharge to your current pricing starting immediately.

I’ve have tried to avoid this surcharge, but as you can understand we have had no choice but to add this surcharge or else I will no longer be able to operate my mobile services to give you the best possible grooming services and experiences.

🐾 add ice to water
🐾 dont leave them in cars
🐾 check ground temperature, if you can't hold your hand to it for 7 seconds is too hot for them to walk on
🐾 make walks very early morning or late evening
🐾 create a cool place for your furry friends

Hot summer days

I have chosen to implement an extreme heat policy where I may cancel your appointment for the safety of your dog and your groomer. As a general guide, I will start to take precautions for heat stroke on days where the forecast is over 30 degrees. I will then try and find a suitable time to reschedule as soon as possible.

These hot days all pet owners need to be aware of heatstroke and all the signs. Exercising your dog and leaving pets in the car can cause dangerous even life threatening consequences. Avoid walking your dogs between 8am and 8pm, always have shade and water accessible.
Even leaving your dog outside in extreme heat can be dangerous.
Signs include:
- excessive panting
- lethargic behaviour
- difficulty breathing
- unable to walk
- vomiting and diarrhoea
- heart racing
- very red or pale gums and tongue
- not interested in their normal routine/ treats
