Cappy (race name - Nasty Streak) – 6yo Thoroughbred Gelding 16hh

We have a lovely Thoroughbred available on behalf of his owner.

Cappy is a 6-year-old brown Thoroughbred who retired from racing early last year. Following a spell, he was professionally restarted and has since attended multiple one-day events and local showjumping competitions, taking everything in his stride.

He is an eye-catching horse with three quality paces, a particularly impressive canter, and a natural, careful jump. Cappy has an excellent foundation on the flat, confidently schools and competes around 90cm, and has all the basics well established for someone looking to continue his education.

Around the stable, Cappy is a pleasure to have around. He is easy to handle, straightforward to work with, and a genuinely enjoyable horse to own.

Cappy would suit a capable rider looking for a quality Thoroughbred with a solid start who is ready to progress through the grades. While he is generally a very quiet horse, he can occasionally be a little horse shy in company. This is very manageable for a rider with some experience and does not detract from what is otherwise a genuine, willing horse.

We’re looking for a motivated and hardworking working student to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop their riding and horsemanship while gaining experience across multiple disciplines in a professional environment.

At our farm we have approximately 35 horses, with 25 in work.

The role includes working with:
• Showjumping horses from young horses through to Grand Prix level.
• Pre-trainers and racehorses.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Fit, reliable and hardworking.
• Eager to learn and improve.
• Passionate about horses and happy to be part of a team.
• Interested in riding and gaining experience with racehorses and pre-trainers, while also attending and supporting the team at Australia’s major showjumping competitions.

What we offer:

This cool gelding is the type that continues to improve with every ride. He has three lovely, balanced paces and is showing plenty of natural ability over the coloured poles, making him an exciting prospect to take through the grades.

Percy is currently enjoying a change of scenery with the team at Bellaroo, and has greatly benefited by the experience.

If you’re looking for a horse that will give you confidence, take care of you in the ring, and still be genuinely competitive, Red is the horse you’ve been searching for.

“Red Right Out” is a beautifully natured 12-year-old Thoroughbred gelding who has spent the last three years being a reliable and successful partner for his amateur owner. Prior to that, he evented successfully to 1* level, giving him a fantastic foundation and plenty of mileage.

Red has competed extensively throughout Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, jumping at many of Australia’s premier shows and consistently proving himself to be a competitive and dependable performer.

Some recent highlights include:

• Winner – Queensland Off-The-Track Cup Qualifier, Caboolture 2025
• Competed in the $100,000 Magic Millions Queensland Off-The-Track Cup Final on the Gold Coast
• Multiple wins and placings up to 1.20m level
• Consistent performer in TSHA, open and amateur Showjumping classes throughout NSW, VIC and QLD

What makes Red so special is his attitude. He is incredibly brave, honest and genuine. If the jump is in front of him, he’ll do anything he can to get to the other side, making him an ideal confidence-giving horse for a capable junior or amateur rider.

Red is the type that will jump from any distance and always tries his heart out for his rider.

On the ground, Red is a complete gentleman. Easy to catch, shoe, float, clip and handle, he is a pleasure to have around and fits easily into any stable environment.

Red is sound, fit and ready to continue competing. He does have a slightly noisy wind, which means he is no longer suited to higher-level eventing, however this has not affected his showjumping performance and lower-level eventing would still be suitable.

He would be best suited to a capable junior or amateur looking for a horse to give them confidence in the ring whilst still being genuinely competitive — particularly in TSHA competition.

Horses like Red are hard to find; brave, experienced, forgiving and always willing to do his job.

Money From The Sky (aka “Junior”)
7yo | 16.2hh | Thoroughbred gelding by Frankel

Junior raced for Sara and has been known by our team his entire life. He retired sound from racing in November 2024, was spelled and let down correctly, and has since completed 6 months of dressage and jump training. He’s showing plenty of ability, he has miles of scope, a good technique and the right attitude toward performance horse life!

He is a lovely-natured, genuine horse with a nice flowing trot and a quality canter on both reins that maintains a very even rhythm. He attended Sydney Jump Club Championships late last year, where he was excellent in his behaviour and took everything in his stride.

A quality Thoroughbred who will excel in a variety of disciplines, including eventing, dressage, showjumping, or as a quality performance all-rounder.

Junior is a big horse, quiet and straightforward, but still green, so he is best suited to a rider with some experience who will continue his education.
