Diva is a young stockhorse mare that I started under saddle a few years ago for her owner. I purchased her a few months back when I needed another horse for work at the feedlot. Turned out at that time she was a bit scared of 🐄 cows. Which she had only ever seen them over a fence so that is to be understandable. She has come a long way since then. I'm very proud of how she went at Casino Campdraft on the weekend. Our little cow was very steady and not easy to work but she was calm and listened well and came back to me when asked. We were a couple seconds slow on getting the gate in time but very happy with how she worked being her first time out in that environment. We got a score of 63.
