o help both you and your animal companion feel at ease while visiting the clinic, through our caring and gentle approach to consultations and treatment. With fully equipped examination rooms and surgery, digital x-ray and in-house diagnostics we can provide on-the-spot assistance for nearly all your pets health and medical needs. Our dental machine will help keep teeth healthy and smiles white. All species are welcome. Dr Toni Cockburn is one of the few vets in WA with memberships in avian (bird) health and has extensive experience with reptiles, rabbits and guinea pigs. The hospital has species specific, comfortable hospital wards should your animal friends need to stay with us for the day or, if needed a while longer. Home appointments in the local area can be arranged with notice and we will always endeavour to accommodate you and your pets needs wherever possible. We’ve had two stray dogs handed into the clinic today. Both are relatively young female dogs and were found in the Glen Iris area.

Congratulations to Molly on being recognised for her dedication to wildlife rehabilitation and her volunteer work caring for orphaned joeys.

Wildlife rehabilitation relies almost entirely on the generosity of volunteers who give their time, energy and compassion to animals in need. From in home carers, helping out on site, assisting with transport and fundraising, these volunteers make an extraordinary difference every single day.

The same can be said for volunteers across our community. Whether it's helping wildlife, supporting rescue organisations, coaching junior sport or lending a hand to local charities, volunteers are the heart of so many important causes.

We are so proud to have Molly as part of the Perth Pet Vet team. Her kindness, dedication and passion for animal welfare inspires us all.

Welcome Dr Hannah 😄 Since graduating from Murdoch University in 2022 Hannah has enjoyed working with a mix of pocket pets, cats, dogs, and wildlife. She has a keen interest in both small animal medicine and surgery, and a particular passion for pocket pets. When not at work, Hannah enjoys reading a good book and spending time with her three rescue cats, Gaston, Amicia, and Wren.

We're excited to welcome Dr Hannah to the Perth Pet Vet family, and we know our clients and their furry, feathered and scaly companions are going to love having Hannah as part of the team too.
