With the new EFTPOS surcharge laws coming into effect from 1 October, businesses will no longer be able to pass these surcharge fees on to customers.
This means that from 1 October, Scruff Muttz will be absorbing the EFTPOS surcharge cost ourselves rather than adding it to your grooming fee.
While we’d still really appreciate customers using cash where they can to help keep my costs down, we completely understand that sometimes card is just easier! So please don’t stress if you need to use your card! 🐶💙
