Short and to the point.

We refuse sales regularly, and we’re completely fine with that.

If someone doesn’t want to listen to setup advice, refuses to upgrade equipment, or wants to cut corners, they won’t be getting one of our dragons.

A lot of breeders are happy to just move a dragon on. We’re not.

The kicker is when people ignore the advice, buy elsewhere anyway, then come back once things start going wrong expecting help to fix it.

These are living animals, not products, and they deserve respect. So do we.
