Recently, I had the absolute pleasure of looking after my very first puppa, my beautiful Miss Indie, for an extended 3-week longstay, and oh my goodness, did we had the BEST time together! 🌟🐕💕

Her gorgeous mumma came home from overseas and Miss Indie arrived this morning and surprised me with the sweetest gifts!🥹🎁 A little something to say thank you for doing what I love… honestly, how lucky am I?! 🫶🏼❤️

It’s never just puppa-sitting to me — it’s the cuddles, beachwalk adventures, unconditional love, and being trusted with the absolute bestest precious (big,medium and little) adorable puppas!!!!😍🐶🐾🥰

Feeling so grateful for all my beautiful clients and their amazing humans. 🥹❤️🐾

Thank you, Miss Indie’s mumma Amber Christensen for spoiling me with such a thoughtful gift just for doing what I love — pampering your absolutely gorgeous girl for three whole weeks at her home away from home was just the best!!!😘🐶💕

🐾 HELLO SEPTEMBER — WEEK 1 HAS ENTERED THE CHAT! 🐾✨

Well, well, well… September arrived and disappeared so fast, and apparently, someone forgot to tell my calendar that I might actually need a LIFE outside of puppas! 😂🐶💅🏼

After a month of August that seemed to last approximately 47 days, we officially rolled into September, and guess what? 🙋🏼‍♀️

THE PUPPA TAXI IS STILL RUNNING, THE CUDDLE DEPARTMENT IS OPEN, AND THE HUMAN IS STILL ON DUTY! 😂🐾❤️

Week 1 was another busy little adventure here at Paradise Pampered Pet Sitting, with daysits, daycare, PM visits and another fabulous day at Doggy Daycare — DAY NO. 14 and some extra special beach fun and ball play with my beautiful gran-puppa Miss Arla!🎉🐶🐾

Fourteen days of Doggy Daycare puppa fun… and clearly, retirement is not looking promising anytime soon! 😂💁🏼‍♀️

But wait… there was a plot twist this week! 😱🥂

I ACTUALLY HAD A SOCIAL LIFE! 🎉😂

Yes, you read that correctly, folks! The woman who spends most of her time talking to puppas, handing out cuddles, cleaning up after furry little VIPs and believing that dog hair is a fashion accessory actually ventured out into the big wide world! 🤣🐾

And not just once this week but TWICE!!😳🧐🤣

🥂🎂 A VERY SPECIAL 60TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION! 🎂🥂

A wonderful excuse to get dressed up, enjoy some grown-up conversation, celebrate a special milestone and remember that I do, in fact, own clothes that don't have paw prints or dog hair attached to them! 😂👗✨

Although I'm pretty sure the puppas were wondering where their personal staff member had disappeared to! 🙄🐶🤣

💍❤️ AND THEN CAME OUR DAUGHTER'S WEDDING! ❤️💍

Now THIS was something truly special! 💕✨

A beautiful day filled with love, happiness, precious memories and all those emotions that come with celebrating such an important chapter in life!👰‍♀️🤵‍♂️💍💒

There are some moments in life that remind you to slow down, put the never-ending to-do list aside and simply soak it all in. And this was definitely one of them!🥹💐

Our heart was full, the love was overflowing, and for a little while, life wasn't about schedules, visits, daycare drop-offs or wondering which puppa needed their next cuddle. 😂❤️🐾

It was about family, love and making memories that will be treasured forever!💕✨

🐾✨ SEPTEMBER — WEEK 1 REPORT CARD ✨🐾

🐶 Puppas loved: ABSOLUTELY!
💕 Cuddles distributed: Excessive, as per usual. 🐾 Daycare adventures: Day No. 14 and counting!
🏡 PM visits completed: Puppa welfare — ALWAYS a priority. 🥂
👩‍❤️‍👨Social life: CONFIRMED! A 60th birthday celebration!
💍 Family milestones: OUR DAUGHTER'S WEDDING! ❤️ 👗 Human dressed up: Twice in one week… somebody alert the media! 😂 🧺 🐶Dog hair situation: Still an ongoing investigation.
😴 Rest and relaxation: Let's not get carried away! 🤣

And just like that, the first week of September was done and dusted! 🐾✨

A week filled with beautiful puppas, busy days, evening visits, daycare adventures, a little bit of sparkle, a whole lot of family love and two very special reasons to celebrate. 🥂💍❤️

Because as much as I absolutely LOVE my crazy, furry, wonderfully chaotic little world, it's also pretty special to step away from the dog treats, put on something other than my puppasitting clothing and celebrate the people who mean the world to me🌟🎉🥰

So here's to September, to beautiful memories, to the people we love, to the puppas who make our days brighter, and to another month of doing what I love most! ❤️🐾✨

And if you happen to see me out and about looking glamorous, please don't be alarmed… I'm still the same crazy dog lady underneath it all! Just temporarily fur-free-ish and wearing a little lipstick!😂💄🐶

✨🐾 OK, WE’VE MADE IT TO AUGUST — WEEK 4! 🐾✨

Well… somehow we’ve finally almost completed the month of August posts and I’m not entirely sure where the month of September/part October has disappeared to! 😳😂

Luckily for me I'm more than happy to spend my days surrounded by puppas, wagging tails, zoomies, cuddles and enough fur to keep my washing machine permanently employed (lol not sure about the last part)! 🐶🐾😂

Week 4 certainly didn’t disappoint! 🥰

Another busy week filled with beautiful puppas, daycare fun, overnight visitors, house puppysitting, new daycare faces and, to finish it all off, a VERY special arrival. ❤️🐾

Here’s what my week looked like…

🐾 Daycare Days — Gorgeous Miss Lola came for TWO daycare days this week! Two whole days of fun, cuddles, playtime and making sure I stayed suitably entertained. 😂💕🐶

🌙 Overnight Stays — Mr Cody came to stay not once, but TWICE! 🐾🏡 And I also had the absolute pleasure of looking after the adorable little mini Jack Russell duo Mr Huey & Mr Leroy. These two little guys are just ridiculously cute and I'm so pleased I get to be their puppysitter! 🥰🐶🐶

🐕 Daysit — Beautiful Miss Breeze came for a daysit and, as always, brought plenty of puppa personality with her! 💕🐾

🐶 Morning and Afternoon Visits — Gorgeous Miss Lala also came for a morning visit on the weekend whilst her fur-parents went out on an amazing whale watching cruise. Mr Crosby had only one afternoon visit due to his Aunty Di being too busy sadly for more this week but she squeezed in two afternoon visits for him the following week because clearly one dose of Mr Crosby cuddles just isn’t enough! 😂🥰🐾

🏡 Longstay — Gorgeous Mr Winston completed his longstay visit on Tuesday and headed back home to his beautiful family, and of course he lapped up the last two days at my place with plenty of love, lounge cuddles, attention and all the usual spoiling that get given to my VIP clients! 🥰🐾

🏠🐾 House Puppysit — I also packed my bags and headed off to spend some time with my beautiful Fab5 Crew at their house while their humans were away. ❤️🐾

Now, my Fab5 Crew are VERY camera shy when it comes to social media 😂📸 — so unfortunately, there are no gorgeous photos of them to share with you.

They are VERY cute, VERY spoilt and VERY good at keeping their puppysitter busy! 😂🐾💕

🌟 Hush Puppa Daycare — Day No. 5 🌟

Another fabulous Hush Puppa Daycare day with Mr Louie, Miss Breeze and Mr Bailey, plus gorgeous Miss Hunni and a very special little new visitor, Mr Manu, who came along to trial his first daycare day! 🥰🐾

It’s always so exciting welcoming a new puppa into the Hush Puppa crew and watching them settle in, make new friends and discover that daycare means FUN, cuddles, playtime and probably a few treats along the way! 😂🍖🐶

And then…

❤️🐾 TO FINISH OFF THE LAST WEEK OF AUGUST…

My beautiful gran-baby puppa, Miss Arla, arrived for her holidays, bringing along her fur-parents whom we all love to bits as well! 🥹💕🐾

It’s been a little while since my gorgeous gran-baby puppa last visited, and let me tell you… we have ALL missed her! 🥰

And of course, there was absolutely no time wasted getting straight back into one of her favourite past-times — beach walks and beach plays with her ball! 🏖️🐾🎾

It was like she had never been away! The moment that ball came out, Miss Arla was back in her happy place, doing what she loves best and having her Lolli wrapped around her little paw once again. 😂🥰🐾

So you can imagine the excitement when she arrived!

The cuddles were plentiful; The kisses were accepted; The tail was wagging; and her Lolli was VERY happy! 🥹🐾❤️

🐾 AUGUST — WEEK 4 REPORT CARD 🐾

🐶 Puppas spoiled: Too many to count!
💕 Cuddles: Absolutely excessive
😂 Puppa personalities: 10/10
🍖 Treats mysteriously disappearing: Still under investigation 👀
🧺 Fur on my clothes: Criminal 🐕😂

😴 Sleep schedule: Let’s not discuss it
🐾 Would I do it all again?

ABSOLUTELY! 💅🏼🐾❤️

And just like that, another crazy, busy, wonderful week — and another month — at Paradise Pampered Pet Sitting comes to an end.

So many beautiful puppas, so much love, plenty of laughs and enough fur on my clothes to suggest I may actually be part dog nowadays! 😂🐶

🌟A Rare Quiet Puppysitting Day🌟

What a beautiful way to finally catch up on my very much belated puppysitting monthly posts! 😂🐾📸🌊🏝️

Today has been a VERY rare and very welcome quiet day in my little puppysitting world… and when I say quiet, I mean quiet compared to the absolute chaos, craziness, busyness and revolving door of gorgeous puppas that has been the last THREE MONTHS! 🤪🐶🐕🐾

For a change, it’s just me, gorgeous Miss Breeze staying overnight, and a little bit of peace and quiet. 🥰💗 No juggling a house full of puppas, no puppy chaos Olympics, no trying to remember who belongs where and when… just one beautiful girl puppa keeping me company at the beach!😂🙈

And because apparently I’m incapable of simply sitting still and enjoying the quiet 🤣, I also have a gorgeous meet & greet this afternoon with a beautiful Golden Retriever puppa who I’m VERY excited to finally meet and welcome into my puppysitting adventures!🥹🐕✨

So naturally, Miss Breeze and I decided the best place to tackle my ridiculously overdue August Week 4 AND an entire month of September puppysitting posts was better to be done down at the beach!🌊☀️🐾

✨Fresh ocean breeze ✔️
✨Beautiful ocean views ✔️
✨Gorgeous puppy beside me ✔️
✨Laptop/phone in hand ✔️
✨Approximately 6 weeks of puppysitting stories to somehow catch up on ✔️

Honestly though I’ll take this kind of office any day! 😍🌊🐶

So while Miss Breeze enjoys the beach life and I attempt to remember what happened approximately 847 puppas ago, I’m finally getting stuck into sharing all the gorgeous faces, adventures, chaos, cuddles and memories from the past 6 weeks or so. 🐾💗📸

Because apparently “better late than never” is my official puppysitting social media strategy at the moment! 😂🙈🐶

Next visit during Week 3 of August for Lee was a return weekend visit with the adorable duo - Mr Koda and Miss Freya 🐶🐾🥰

After the last daysit, they were both completely comfortable with Lee, so this time it was less “getting to know you” and more “right, let’s just have fun!” 😆

Mr Koda was very happy with his ball-throwing service 🎾 — because apparently I am now a full-time personal ball launcher. Miss Freya, meanwhile, was more than happy to lap up all the adoration and attention!💕👑. They both had a fabulous weekend and Lee absolutely loved it too!🌟

It was lovely (and very comforting) having them both sleep with me. Although, with two furry bodies, personal space became a bit of a luxury at one stage!😂🐶🐶. Let’s just say the bed suddenly felt considerably smaller than it had the night before! 😆🥰

Next visit for Lee was a short but very sweet house/petsit with Miss Bella, Mr Razzy, Mr Louie and Mr Percy!🐾🥰

Two little Bichon Frise puppas 🐶🐶 and two gorgeous blue short-haired kitty’s🐱🐱 — four very different personalities and, naturally, four sets of opinions! 😂

The cats took a little while to decide whether Lee was worthy of their attention 😼🙄… but once she passed the audition, they were all about the pats, cuddles and attention. 🥰🐾 Apparently, she was finally deemed acceptable! 😂

Miss Bella and Mr Razzy are two high-energy little firecrackers ⚡🐶🐶, but even these busy little bodies know the importance of a good lounge-room chill session. 🛋️😴 Because obviously, after all that exhausting running around, someone has to supervise the couch! 😂

All four have such individual personalities, which made the stay even more enjoyable. 💕🐾 A gorgeous little crew who kept me entertained, on my toes and very well supplied with cuddles! 🥰

And the best part? I’ll be back for another sit with them later this year but definitely coming up soon the way this year is going😆! Clearly, I’ve made the cut! 🎉🐶🐱💕
