Everyone needs a little Faith.

Excited and grateful to announce that our beautiful girl
"Kintail Remember Your Faith"
aka Faith and
" Aust Champion Brayroan Mischief N Mayhem" aka Maverick
are going to have babies end of September. Vet says at least 6 possibly 7.
Huge thankyou to everyone who has made this possible, especially Mavericks mum Julie Newbold . To say we are excited, thrilled is a huge understatement.

The biggest week on the Cocker Spaniel calendar is almost here, and it’s open to the public!
To all our beautiful Sheridav families, this will be an awesome event to attend if you can. Message me on who to approach if needed.

People from all over Australia will be heading to the Dogs Queensland Showgrounds (247 King Ave, Durack) for the 21st Cocker Spaniel National and the Cocker Spaniel Championship Show, proudly presented by the Cocker Spaniel Club of Queensland inc.

📅 10 August – Nationals Male judging
📅 11 August – Nationals Female judging
📅 12 August – Championship Specialty Show

This is the perfect opportunity to see beautiful Cocker Spaniels presented at their very best, learn more about the breed, and meet knowledgeable, reputable ANKC-registered breeders.

We’ll be there too!

🐾 10 & 12 August – Shop our range of Solly + Ponk natural pet treats.
✂️ 12 August – We’ll also have our Shear Society professional grooming shears available.

Whether you’re a long-time Cocker enthusiast, considering the breed, or simply looking for a great day out with fellow dog lovers, we’d love to meet you. Come and say hello—we can’t wait to catch up with familiar faces and meet plenty of new ones!

Happy weekend to all our Sheridav families.
We have been a bit quiet recently and we do apologise.
Honestly you are all, always on our minds, in our hearts. We have the utmost confidence that all our furbabies are in their very best families and are loved unconditionally.
We are always available when needed.

We get asked so often, when will our next litter arrive.
We don't breed very often, we don't do it for income but to improve the breed and in the process hopefully find our perfect show puppy. Timing needs to be right too.

We are waiting for Faith to come in season and she could come in anytime now. We really hope within next week or not till mid August as Richard and I are going to Alaska on 30th July for 4 weeks.
Faith will go to Maverick. Maverick is an absolutely stunning Cocker Spaniel and has the characteristics I strive to duplicate. With Faith, they should produce beautiful pups. Together, they could produce all black , or black n tan puppies. I know what I'm praying for.

I intend allowing Lani to have one more litter, probably in season November/ December. I'm still deciding if will repeat mating with Dobby ( as we all know , they produce beautiful puppies) or to go to a stud and keep a puppy I can ultimately put Dobby over. Lots to consider.

I will allow Snitch to have one more litter.Snitch also due in season around Christmas. Snitch has been booked to go to Scotty a beautiful English import. After that litter Snitch will be desexed and will be adopted by a beautiful elderly couple. They came for a visit to see our dogs after losing their 3rd cocker to old age. No intention of wanting a puppy but what we witnessed was beautiful and not expected. Snitch snuggled into this lady and Snitch chose this lady. It was so heart-warming to witness. Never before have I seen such a connection. So I made the offer, they discussed for a few weeks and yes they would love Snitch. Not in my wildest dreams would I have considered parting with one of our adult furbabies. I actually would have felt sad for Snitch if they said no.

So this is a bit of a plan and we are very excited about all of it.
