**Fertile eggs update **
As of today, Sunday 28th September 2025, we will no longer be offering any Fertile eggs from our rare Standard Light Brahma & Large Black/Blue/Splash Orphingtons.

They are now all spoken for, for the rest of this 2025 breeding season.

Thank you to everyone who has enquired & purchased some from us & we look forward to seeing your Gorgeous chicks grow up! 😍

We will continue to offer fertile eggs from our Standard Barred Plymouth, Rock & Standard Speckled Sussex breeding pens.

**WARNING!!**

This individual is a SCAMMER!!

Today, we were given an address in Harristown, Toowoomba & waited 40mins, after messaging with her that we were coming to buy these chickens she was advertising for sale.

She was very persistent in wanting us to pay her first, she said she had lots of people wanting them, but we said we don't pay until we see them first & had cash to pay.

She said ok, gave us an address & said she would be there when we got there, as she had not so friendly dogs in her yard she had to secure first, and advised us to message her once we were 5mins out, so she could put her dogs away.

She stopped answering any of her messages once we got there & haven't been able to reach her by the phone number she gave out.

There is no one at this address & the phone number she gave cuts straight out, doesn't even ring.

There definitely are no chickens at this address & no signs of dogs at all!!

This individual is a FB SCAMMER!

People PLEASE be careful and share this everywhere so no one else gets scammed or looses their money by her!

Or worse! Could have been a set up to get robbed!! 😢

Be really careful guys, this was an eye opener for us today, big time!! 😞

Thank you to everyone who came out & supported Highfields Produce Poultry market today! The weather wasn't on our side this morning unfortunately, but everyone who attended were absolutely Wonderful people, including our fellow stall holders with Beautiful Chickens, various local goods, yummy food & coffee & the music was absolutely Perfect! 😍

HUGE Thank You to Highfields Produce & their Amazing team for putting on this Wonderful local market, we'll definitely be back next time! 🥰

Good Morning everyone 🌞

So this morning we received this weird message from someone claiming to be from FB/META services & basically saying someone has reported our page & unless we click on various links he sent, within 12 hours he will shut down our page.

So we've tried to follow the process that was sent to us & it keeps jamming up, won't let us continue with what we've been asked to do!

We just want to give everyone heads up, just incase our account ends up being either shut down because its been hacked etc.

If you want to stay in touch, please keep our phone number handy 0407 220 925 & that way if this page ends up disappearing, you'll be able to get in touch.

We're also going to try set up a back up Facebook group, for everyone who wants to stay in touch & will attach the link for this group in the comments of this post. We'll have to be strict at who is approved into the group, to hopefully keep the spammers & hackers out! 🙏🥺

We are doing our best to try sort this nonsense out with Facebook, but we are just not confident this is a legitimate link we've been sent (its been sent by some random dude!), hackers are getting good at stuffing things up these days!

Anyway, let's hope we can sort this sh*te out! 😥

Sharing a new update regarding Cyclone Alfred. Now looking like it's going to cross the S.E. Qld coast Saturday morning (according to B.O.M. & Windy Weather).

Please prepare now, if you haven't already.
Have cages or puppy pens ready to bring your feathered kids in from out of the rain, if you can... this is really important, wet chickens end up sick chickens 😢

It won't hurt them to be in these enclosures with a bedding of sugar cane mulch or hay for them to stand on, for a couple of days during the worst of this weather event (hang food & water on the inside & keep topped up with fresh food/water - can even add some poultry vitamin supplements or poultry electrolytes to their water, to help with their stress).
