Since April 2019, Dr Mick and his wife Ali have owned Victor Vet, making us one of the last independently owned veterinary clinics on the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Dr Mick saw an opportunity to keep veterinary care local. His vision was simple: create a clinic where pets always come first, families are treated like neighbours, and quality veterinary care remains accessible and affordable.

What to do if you come across a sick bird:
AVOID - Do not touch them - keep your animals away.
RECORD - take photo/video and note your date, time and location
REPORT - Call the 24-hour Emergency Animal Disease Hotline 1800 675 888

Do not bring any unwell wild birds into the Victor Vet clinic. We are unable to treat them.

We’ve seen some creative ways our clients transport puppy litters to the clinic:
- Bins
- Washing Baskets
- Storage Containers

As long as they get into the clinic safely for their vaccinations, that's all that matters 💉

A good reminder to ensure your pet's vaccinations are up to date.
