Transfurmations Established in 2011, Trans-Fur-Mations is a solely owned and operated dog grooming service. Prices start from $40 depending on size and coat condition.

Grooming services include:

Bath and dry - warm hydro bath, shampoo, condioner, nail trimming, ear cleaning, full body brush. Prices start from $40 depending on size and coat condition

Tidy groom - all features of the bath and dry plus feet, face and sanitary trim. Full groom - all features of the tidy groom are included plus your choice of style clip (dependent upon coat condition) prices start at $50

Breed clips - Breed clips are available. All features of the Tidy groom are included in this service with the breed clip being tailored to the breed that you own. Prices start from $60

Puppy Groom - Warm bath using appropriate shampoo/conditioner for your pup, gentle blow dry, comb/brush, tidy of face, feet, tail & sanitary areas and nail clip. (For pups 4 – 6 months - and a free gift!)

8 weeks ago I had the privilege of meeting Kash for the first time. He’s everything you could want in a golden when it comes to grooming. 🥰🥰🥰🥰 well trained, well maintained, and is just a happy boy in general

Today he returned for his second groom with me and was just as well behaved as the first time. Even better, he’s an 8 weekly regular and it’s such a pleasure ending the day with a well behaved dog.

Someone told me if I distracted his owner with something shiny I could probably pinch him. They lied. I offered up a row of staples and much to my disgust I didn’t get my way 😂😂😂 so now I just call him “our dog” and need to accept the fact that I’m just a part time golden owner again 😂😂😂 He makes me want another one, but the timing just isn’t right currently. 🙄🤦‍♀️😂 so for now I’ll just have to keep trying my hardest to distract and pinch him 😂😂

We will see this gorgeous boy again in 8 weeks time.

Baci is currently staying with me while his mum heads overseas for a much needed holiday.

Baci is most definitely an anxious little monkey who has stayed with me before

We started Baci on our “chill the fluff out” blend when we first made it to see if it would make a difference for him in general and if I hadn’t seen the difference in him this time vs last time he stayed with me I’d question its worth as a product.

Baci’s day 1-4 usually involves him refusing food, which leads to him taking a day or so to p*e and poo.

Last night he was presented his dinner and I was told it was poison 🙄🤦‍♀️😂 I took it away and presented it once more (tough love in this house) and he ate most of it! ✅ We got up early (thanks for the wake up call Keltie) organised ourselves and headed to work where I decided since he wasn’t brave enough to go to the toilet at home we would go for a walk. Lo and behold we have lift off with 💩 and p*e and I was so excited by this fact I took this photo and sent it to his mum first thing! 😂😂😂

It’s the little things that make big differences to an anxious dog. Chill the fluff out is clearly one of them!

So proud of you little man!! Smashed it on night 1 sleeping all night in his bed with no fuss at all. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

These 2 used to be in full show coat, but being retired they’re taken down naked so they can live their lives without needing to be brushed every 4 minutes. At 10+ years old this bonded pair still keep me on my toes (Felix loves to knock everything off the table and generally be a complete twit in true Gordon style 😂) total clown!

Eevi so very generously blessed me personally with 2 beautiful girls of my own and is just the sweetest girl 🥰🥰

We will see these 2 in 8 weeks as they’re on a regular schedule to keep them less than yetti like.

Owning a coated dog is hard work, owning multiple coated dogs is exhausting, to me there’s no point having a senior dog in full coat if they’re no longer showing.

As I doom scrolled this evening I saw a post on a local community group and instantly recognised it was one of the pups we groom…. The post stated she was missing. Gates were locked, nothing was touched, Misha just wasn’t in her usual spot and wasn’t coming when called.. a further search of the property found this beautiful girl had passed away at some point during the day 😞 she was just 7 years old.

Mishy you should still be here, still slobbering all over my face when you had your bath and deshed. Thank you for always being such a good girl (and anyone who knows any husky type dogs knows they stage a dramatic protest about all things grooming related as a general consensus) but not you. You always loved the whole process and behaved like a perfect angel the whole time. You never gave me an ounce of trouble in all the years I groomed you. (Maybe the odd cheeky fly kick) You were just happy to lap up all the attention while your fur epically blew the shop up without fail every time..😂 You were also silent, again, if you know anything about arctic breeds they’re anything but quiet.

My thoughts are with your owners tonight who are completely devastated by your passing.

Rest easy sweet girl, you deserve it 😭😭.

This is your reminder, if you haven’t gone and hugged your dogs today, go do it now and count your blessings that they’re present and accounted for. I’m off to go and do the same.

With all the changes happening, congratulations! Nothing changes here.

I’ve never passed on surcharges to anyone who pays by card, I’ve always counted it as the cost of doing business and have absorbed it and claimed it back at tax time (thanks to my amazing financial angels who sort my stuff for me every year and are NEVER allowed to retire) 😂

Soooo, I guess this means I just wasted 30 seconds of your time by you reading this 😂

Anyway, 22 dogs stand between me and a weekend after working 12 straight. Carry on, there’s pups to groom 😂

Sometimes, 3 legs are better than 4!!

After close to a year off of grooming due to an initial surgery, life stuff, amputation was required in the end, then more life stuff happened… to say this family has really been through it the last 12 months is an understatement! 😳🤦‍♀️🥰

We weren’t sure how she was going to handle grooming since it’s never been her favourite and her routine went out the window after years of perfecting it to keep her anxiety at bay, but she very much has the same attitude, just with fewer legs to groom, including “I can do it myself thank you very much” attitude when I went to help her get into the bath and on the table 😂😂😂

Dad assured me once he picked her up she instantly went to sleep which doesn’t surprise me in the least. With 65% of the weight of a dog carried by the front half, she’s worked hard at staying upright between breaks. We activated meerkat mode for her remaining front leg and scissored feathering heavily this time to help her out a bit.
