Yappy Hour came into fruition when a passion for making nutritious treats for my own pets led to an obvious improvement to their health. I have 5 of the best taste testers in town & quickly realised just how much they loved the healthy treats I was making for them. They began to look and feel healthier when I removed store bought products from their diet. I felt better knowing the treats I was giv

ing my dogs were preservative and additive free. Having changed our diet ourselves to remove processed food, and knowing the difference it made to our health, I knew that my dogs deserved to be looked after in the same way. After recent problems in the pet food industry, I knew the only way to ensure their well-being was to ensure the treats I prepared were made with the finest human quality ingredients. During lock down in Melbourne, I began to post photos of the nutritious treats I was making for my pets on my Pet Grooming page. I began receiving messages from my customers asking where they could purchase these treats for their own dogs. It was then that I decided to begin Yappy Hour - human grade pet treats, and the rest is history.
