The clinic used to be a BP Service Station and was converted to a Veterinary Clinic by well-known Geelong Football Club player, Rod Blake. The clinic was taken over by Sally Adams up until 2009 when Geelong local Sally Upham bought it and renovated it. In 2014 Chloe McGillivray, Bryan Benshoof and Nev Hooper took over and are continually trying to improve and grow the clinic. Many loyal clients ha

ve been bringing their pets to us ever since the clinic first opened its doors as they know their pets are in such great hands. The staff at North Geelong Vet Clinic are passionate about their jobs and they will love your pets, just like you do. They are committed to providing your pets with the highest standard in veterinary care and to ensuring that your pets live a healthy and pain-free life. X-rays 🩻

X-rays are a common diagnostic tool we use at NGVC to assist in diagnosing and treating an array of conditions in our patients. Some examples of why we may x-ray a patient include:

🦴 Examine the size, shape and position and condition of organs in the body.
🦴 Check for foreign material within the gastrointestinal tract.
🦴 Assess fractured bones, dislocations and spinal problems.
🦴 Detect issues such as arthritis, hip dysplasia and cruciate tears.
🦴 Count the number of puppies in a pregnancy.

X-rays are performed here in clinic, making them accessible if we decide one would be beneficial for your pet 🧡
