🕗 Our Opening Hours Are Changing!

We’ve heard from many of our clients that later appointment times would make visiting us a little easier - so we’re excited to introduce extended Thursday hours!

From 1 October, we’ll be open until 8pm every Thursday, giving you more flexibility to book appointments after work and later in the day.

With the introduction of our extended Thursday hours, we will no longer be opening on Saturday mornings.

Our new opening hours:

Monday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Tuesday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Wednesday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Thursday: 8:30am – 8:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

These new hours will take effect from Thursday, 1 October.

We hope our later Thursday appointments make it easier to fit your pet’s veterinary care around work, school and busy family schedules.

We look forward to seeing you - now a little later on Thursdays! 🐾

Farewell, Roger 💚

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news that Roger, our beloved 24-year-old green tree frog, clinic mascot, morale officer, and chief greeter, was peacefully put to sleep on Monday, 1st of June, after a short battle with illness.

Roger has been with Dr. Kim for 24 years, but for the past three he has greeted clients from his tank in reception, posed patiently for countless photos, accepted compliments with dignity, and occasionally reminded everyone of his presence with a mighty croak. His sweet face and sticky little hands made him a favourite among staff and visitors.

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who stopped to say hello, showed him affection, or simply smiled when they saw him. All of the love and attention you gave Roger made his retirement years richer and happier.

The clinic feels a little quieter without him, and he will be deeply missed by all of us.

Thank you for loving Roger as much as we did. 💚🐸
