✨ Meet Katie! ✨

I’m so excited to officially introduce the newest member of the SeaTails Pet Spa family. 🐾💙

Before I tell you about Katie, I want to be honest and say that bringing another team member on board wasn’t a decision I made lightly.

I spent weeks weighing up every option to make sure this was the right move, not just for SeaTails, but for our community!

When I met Katie, I knew she was someone special. I truly believe she’s an incredible asset, and I wanted to see her talent stay right here in our local community, caring for our pets. 💙

A little about Katie…

Katie is Canadian and met her Australian husband when he was an exchange student in high school. Eighteen years later, they have two beautiful children, aged 6 and 5.

Their young family made the huge move from Canada to Australia just a couple of months ago to start a brand-new chapter. With her husband having grown up locally, returning home to raise their family felt like the perfect next step, and they’ve already put down roots by purchasing a home in Crangan Bay. ☀️🇦🇺

Katie has been grooming since 2010 and brings over 15 years of experience in the dog industry. She’s worked with everything from giant Bernese Mountain Dogs, St Bernards and Newfoundlands to more doodles than she can count! 😂She also loves that Australia has so many Schnauzers-her favourite breed to groom-and has extensive experience with breed-specific styling. ✂️

We couldn’t be happier to have Katie join our SeaTails family. When you meet her, you’ll understand why we’re so excited, her bubbly personality and warm nature are absolutely infectious.

As Katie settles into a new country, a new home and a new workplace, we’d love our amazing clients to make her feel welcome. Please say hello, have a chat and show her the warmth and kindness that makes our community so special! 💙

🏍️🐾 Proudly Supporting Our Local Riders! 🐾🏍️

SeaTails Pet Spa is incredibly proud to be a sponsor of the Gwandalan Motorcycle Club and the amazing young riders who are part of it. 🤍

These clubs provide local kids with a safe, supportive environment to learn, develop confidence, and build their riding skills across a variety of disciplines including Minikhana, Enduro and Motocross.

Beyond the riding itself, these events teach valuable life skills such as determination, resilience, sportsmanship, goal setting and respect, qualities that will benefit these young riders both on and off the track.

As a local family business, we love being able to give back to our community and support opportunities that help local children grow, challenge themselves and pursue their passions.

We look forward to watching the next generation of riders continue to learn, compete and thrive. 🏁🏍️
