☀️ A brighter future starts with the little things! 🐶 🌏 🐱

We’re proud to have installed solar panels at Geelong Veterinary Hospital! 🌱

Caring for animals also means caring for the world they live in. By harnessing the power of the sun, we’re taking another small step towards reducing our environmental footprint and building a more sustainable future for our community, our patients and the generations to come 💙🧡🐾

Happy International Vet Nurses Day 2026 💕🥳🐶🐱🩺

Our phenomenal team of vet nurses are formidable people, cherished friends and work family that matter. They bring genuine effort, skill and care to every part of their work, even when life outside of work might be demanding. They show up not just for the easier side of the job, where they get to be gentle, kind and loving with animals, but also the times when things are messy, difficult, frustrating and unpredictable.

Vet nursing takes patience, resilience, compassion and a whole lot of hard work. From supporting our vets and caring for patients to comforting worried owners, keeping things running behind the scenes and managing the unexpected, our nurses play an enormous role in the care we provide every day.

Today, we’re celebrating our vet nurses - these wonderful bunch who show up, get stuck in and give so much of themselves to the animals in their care and to the team around them.

Thank you. You matter. You are seen and appreciated. We’re incredibly grateful for everything you do 💙🧡🐾

You know what we always say… if we’ve been a little quiet on socials, it means we’ve been BUSY! 🐾

We have SO much to share with you, but let’s start with something familiar - our dear Dr Marina and this absolute sweetie getting alllll the kisses, cuddles and love while receiving their veterinary care 🥰

Because yes, you all know that while there’s plenty of medicine involved in what we do.. there’s always room for a whole lot of love too 💙🧡🐾

🐐 Sunday smiles from this little visitor! 🐐

We had the sweetest little goat come to the clinic last week, and everyone was very excited - especially Megs, who was pretty curious.. possibly more keen to be friends than the goat! 😂🥰

We had sooo many cute photos from this visit that it took me a while to narrow them down, but I hope you enjoy these lovely Sunday smiles! 🐐

Pictured with this cutie are our brilliant Vet Nurses Blair and Britt 💙🧡🐾
