The weather is heating up but never fear we are AIR CONDITIONED PAMPERED DOGS!!
This being said we would love to see if any of our amazing clients own or know someone who has an air con cleaning company. We want to keep all of our dogs (and ourselves) cool and comfortable while being pampered so its maintenance time.
Thanks and remember if you are not on a regular schedule Christmas bookings are already filling fast.

APPOINTMENT TIME UPDATE
due to daylight savings down south our booking system has moved all appointments forward an hour 🤦🏽‍♀️
Please know we are attempting to fix this asap and all "normal" or arranged appointment times discussed are correct - but this may not show in your email/text reminder.
Sorry for any misunderstanding or confusion this may cause while we rectify our appointment system.
Thanks
Lyndell and Michael

This week we came back to work and did one of our favourite things - matted groom. We love that we can transform a dog that is loved and cared for, but circumstances have lead to mattes, into a happy but less hairy dog.
We are taking things slowly as we recover from pneumonia and the unexpected loss of our Mum/Grandma, and thank all of you for your understanding, love and concern for us. We will be back in full swing asap.

We will be taking a week or so break from pampering and grooming your dogs as we have experienced an unexpected and sudden loss of Lyndell's Mum and Michael's Grandma last night. We will message everyone effected and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Thanks

Sorry for any inconvenience Lyndell and Michael's illness has caused. Michael has Influnza A (but hopefully on the mend) and Lyndell has Flu A, rhinovirus and pneumonia. We will attempt to get better and back to pampering and grooming your dogs as soon as possible but we appreciate your understanding.
Thanks
