Just a little note to say that this weekend will be our last before we go on spring break! Yahoo!

Our first spin at small business has been an absolute blast. Whether you’ve become a familiar face through our doors every weekend, or stopped by once for a weekend trip, meeting you has been the best part of it all. A treasured weekend ritual for our family 💕

While we love this gig to bits, very long days, seven days a week means it’s time for a proper breather. So, we’re taking a little spring break this October to look after our crew, get our hands dirty on the farm, and finally put all the wild ideas and lessons from our first six months into action (expect some fun updates when we return!).

Swing by this weekend for a final coffee, feed and catch-up before we switch to reset mode. We’ll be back before you know it, recharged and better than ever!

WHAT'S BEEN FILLING OUR CUP LATELY 🫶☕

And a couple of musings that might reasonate 👇

Being in small business is overwhelming. Not all of the time, certainly some days more the others. And truth be told, there's a strange irony in Long Neck's peaceful postcode. While we chose the quiet road, birdsong, dirt and dust, there still exists the modern tug of having to post, grow and share to stay afloat. Capturing the soul of our slow, grounded space can feel paradoxically stressful when it's to stay visible online.

Compiling this post was a timely reminder of what makes life here feel so warm and lovely: our sweet sweet creatures, beautiful stretch of land, and the magic of creating something honest and good from scratch.

So, to anyone who might still be reading (!), a gentle reminder to choose the real over the curated—to nourish your own soul, but also to support those pouring honest, hard work into what they do. And most of all, a heartfelt thank you to the generosity of everyone who passes our name along by word of mouth. You truly keep our world turning. ☕🫶
