We are excited to announce our next Breaths and Barks retreat. An extra day, new experiences and brand new location!
Breaths and Barks is a one of a kind, four-day experience designed to bring you and your dog into deeper connection.
It's about slowing down, becoming present, and creating the space where true partnership can grow — while meeting your dog's deepest needs for fulfillment, expression and connection.
Across the four days you'll explore breathwork and meditation alongside your dog helping you regulate your nervous system and find balance. As your presence deepens, trust grows and your dog naturally follows your grounded energy.
Your dog's fulfillment matters just as much. Structured play that mirrors natural patterns like the hunt cycle brings moments of joy, confidence and satisfaction. Scent work adds another layer — instinctive, rewarding and deeply connective. Each search becomes teamwork, strengthening your bond through shared success.
It's also about community. Shared meals, fireside conversations and time in nature with like-minded people, in surrounds that support stillness and clarity. Wholesome organic meals keep you fuelled to show up fully for yourself and your dog.
You'll go home with a calmer, more intuitive relationship with your dog, tools to regulate your own nervous system, confidence in meeting your dog's natural needs, and a grounded sense of leadership built on trust.
