Julius Lodge Extra Salsa or more affectionately known as Taco, at approximately 15.1hh and 8 years old, this paint gelding is a genuine, quiet allrounder.

Taco is an easy gentlemen to handle in absolutely every way. He’s great for the farrier (barefoot), easy to wash, groom, rug. He loads and travels beautifully on both the truck and float & will stand tied up all day with no fuss.

To ride taco is an extremely brave jumper, he’s straightforward and a point and shoot type, in the ring he’s competitive, getting quite accustomed to a blue ribbon around his neck & the best part is he then goes back to falling asleep on the buckle of the reins at the ring waiting for his next round. He changes leads around the course and has 3 very nice paces. He is a simple ride and prefers to go around with his nose out, just a genuine and fun ride. Currently jumping up to about 1m.

I would feel comfortable putting any rider level on taco to head out on a trail ride, I really feel he is as quiet as they come and doesn’t have a nasty bone in his body. He is super easygoing and is used to children handling and riding him.

PS Performance Horses presents;
Finch Farm Cooper, a 9 year old warmblood gelding, bred for the sport at Finch Farm (by Charlemange EGO Z, out of Coogan’s run).

Cooper is training up to 130cm and has competed up to 105 with junior/ammy riders and is ready to step up in the ring with his next rider. He has never said no to a fence and is extremely brave and obliging.
On the flat, he has clean flying changes, laterals, great transitions, a soft snaffle mouth and expressive movement with great potential for the dressage ring.
Recently cooper has gone cross country training and jumped absolutely everything he’s been pointed at, we think he would really suit eventing - or any Olympic discipline.

This gelding has the temperament to die for, he is easy to do anything and everything with, trusted to be independently handled by children or beginner handlers. He loads and travels beautifully on both the truck and float and is the dream horse to take out anywhere.
He doesn’t get strong, or hot, or silly - he is very levelheaded and knows his job.

The ideal home for Coop would be a junior or an amateur who wants a fun, safe & easygoing, well bred performance horse.

Evie!
Evie is approximately 14.1hh, 11 year old, Australian saddle pony.
This gorgeous little mare is the ultimate package, with looks, temperament and conformation.

Evie has a snaffle mouth with great breaks and is responsive to aids. She holds a frame well and moves off the leg easily. She’s great out and about, weather that be showjumping or cross country training, beach rides, trail rides or road rides, she is the same horse as she is at home. She will self load onto the float and travels like a seasoned pro. Not much phases her and she is super brave, she has jumped everything she’s been pointed at, happy to cross water, roads or bridges!

She has been ridden by a large variety of riders including some small beginners, who she took great care of - this being said, although super well behaved, Evie can be forward moving, so a little capable rider would suit her best.
We think she would be ideal for pleasure, pony club, trails & fun.

She is easy to handle in every way, comes to you in the paddock, stands for the farrier ect. She is an extremely good doer, with great hard bare feet so she is very easy to have around.

Denzel, a striking 7 year old, buckskin warmblood, standing at approximately 16.2hh.
This lovely gelding has a very impressive presence, he gets compliments everywhere he goes and is a real head turner. By Daiquiri GF, out of a Dancier mare.

Under saddle, Denzel has been schooling elementary movements on the flat, has lovely cadence and naturally carries himself beautifully with a snaffle mouth.
Super brave over a fence and has jumped everything he’s pointed at, training around 1m with plenty of scope and ability to move up the levels with a ground covering canter.

He is a gentleman to be washed, groomed, rugged, to tack up, for the farrier (barefoot) ect. he loads and travels very well on both the truck and float and has been doing so to go off property once or twice a week for lessons & fun outings. He stands tied up at the float, with or without a buddy and is overall super friendly with other horses, he seems happiest in a small herd, but has also been paddocked alone without an issue as well as stabled.

He has sat on the back burner in the paddock for the past few weeks while I have had to put my time and energy into other horses, but just yesterday he got pulled straight out of the paddock for a ba****ck ride and was a superstar. His 💵 will increase as he comes back into work, however I have decided to offer him now out of work to potentially give someone a wonderful opportunity to own a quality horse.

Please note Denzel is not for beginners and would suit someone wanting to produce a performance horse. Although he has shown no nasties or dirt under saddle, he is a big young horse and at times can be unsure and looky/spooky in uncomfortable environments.

Julius Lodge Romantic, or more affectionately known as Mr Darcy. Standing at approximately 15hh and 6 years old, this flashy paint gelding has looks, temperament & talent.
Darcy is not a spooky type of horse, he is very confident.

Mr Darcy is frequently handled and ridden by children, recently been competing around 80cm with a 12 year old girl, picking up some placings. Nothing seems to phase him, he has jumped absolutely everything he’s been pointed at and is a very brave and straightforward ride, acting like a seasoned professional. He has a snaffle mouth with great breaks, uncomplicated and reliable, ready to move up the levels with plenty of scope, or keep jumping around the fun stuff.

He’s been out on the road, through water, big open spaces, Ag shows ect. And takes everything in his stride. He is an awesome one to have around that I’d throw just about anyone on him. He can be ridden ba****ck in a halter and will walk on the buckle of the reins all day. He’s easy to wash, tack up, catch, load, travel, ties up all day. He has great hard bare feet and is an easy keeper on minimal hard feed, so is generally very easy to have around.
He can be a bit bossy in the paddock, however our mare is above him in pecking order.

Darcy loves attention and would 1000% come inside and sit on the couch with you if he could.

‘Love’
Rising 8yo, approximately 15hh, registered paint mare. Love is one of the sweetest, quietest and laid back mares, you’d think she was a gelding.
She’s easy to handle in every way and is predominantly and independently handled by children. Great for the farrier (barefoot), easy to wash, ties up, floats, trucks, loads and travels beautifully.

She is very well accustomed to competing, trail riding, road rides and frequently going on adventures with any level of rider. She is our resident ‘schoolmaster’ type of horse, as she has proven to be very trustworthy and is loved by everyone who sits on her. She loves any kind of attention.

Love is jumping up to 105cm at home and is a careful jumper with plenty of scope. She is well educated and very willing, she has a soft snaffle mouth and is responsive to aids.

This is a very hard sale and everyone will be sad to see love go, but she is ready for another adventure and will only be sold to the very best of homes.

Sugar, an aprox 14.1hh 7yo buckskin riding pony x stock horse mare.
Sugar is an absolute darling to have around, she’s extremely quiet and easy to handle - loves attention and has a super relaxed nature. She is frequently ridden and handled by 13yo girl.

Sugar has 3 lovely paces, with a snaffle mouth and great breaks.
She has been out and about, exposed to different environments and handles different atmospheres well including competition, trails, road rides & lessons.

‘Gomez’
4yo warmblood gelding by a falkrich stallion out of an SOS mare. Currently aprox 15.2

Gomez is a very promising young horse with a huge future ahead of him. His calm and willing temperament makes him a very quick learner. As well as talented, he’s extremely quiet and easy to handle, he’s had a great start to life and has excellent foundations.

Hes been floated and gone off property for lessons and outings, he has been a perfectly well behaved gentleman on these adventures.

I produced his full sister and she since went on to teach a junior rider, she is a true testament to their breeding, making Gomez a super exciting performance prospect.

Digga is a 10yo Clydie cross gelding who has had experience in just about everything.
He stands at a chunky 15.3hh.
He is my mums trail riding horse, but it’s not too often she gets to ride, so we’ve decided he needs another human to share his love.
Digga is absolutely as safe as they come, he is a gentleman and does his best to take care of his rider. Weather that be showjumping, dressage, beach or trail rides ect.

Digga has done just about everything under the sun including showjumping up to 1.05m. Two years ago he was competed around 70cm by a small 11yo rider who did a fabulous job on him & last year by a 13yo intimidate rider who started to learn the ropes of competing with him, this is the kind of thing we would love to see again. We often compete in showjumping and have a beautiful team, so once Digga is comfortable in his pairing, there is opportunity to come along and compete him too.

The perfect rider for Digga would be a young small rider who has heaps of love to give. Or a lady rider looking for a safe and steady partner.

We have a beautiful boutique horse property, showjumping arena with a course of jumps, indoor wash bays ect so heaps of space for pampering. We will continue to feed/rug & care for Digga in all aspects, as well as provide all of his fitted tack & gear.
