Happy gotcha day to the best mare 💕

Pacific Coast Hack Championships 2026

Koorana Made With Diamonds 💎
🏅=4th Open Small Hunter Galloway (including a 1st from one judge)

Well… if there was an award for determination, I reckon we would’ve had that one covered. 😂
Nothing quite like turning up to a show one week after ankle surgery, on crutches, in a moon boot, with a 10-week-old baby.
Flo’s first horse show and she slept the whole way through it 😂

To the incredible Sarah Read—there simply aren’t enough thank yous. Thank you for pouring so much care into Dee and stepping into the saddle when I couldn’t. Knowing she was in your hands made being stuck on the sidelines so much easier.

And to my husband, Zac Tallon… who once claimed he’d never be a horse person. Thank you for carrying absolutely everything (including me at times), taking on whatever needed doing, and embracing your new life as a horse husband. I couldn’t have done any of this without you.

Then there’s my girl, Dee. ❤️

What a mare. One proper ride since GN, a two-minute warm-up, and an owner who has spent more time in hospital than the saddle lately. We weren’t exactly setting ourselves up for the perfect round. Results will come and go, but this mare owes me nothing. She gives me her heart every single time, and I’d choose her in every lifetime.

Finally, a huge thank you to the committee, judges, sponsors, volunteers and everyone behind the scenes who make this event happen each year 🥰

Grand Nationals 2026 🇬🇧

💎 Koorana Made With Diamonds 💎
A little strange hanging up my boots this year but two faultless workouts makes it all worthwhile ❤️

🏆5th Open Small Show Hunter Galloway piloted to perfection by Sarah Read
🏆 12th Child’s Hunter Galloway piloted by Ellie Roots

The most beautifully behaved mare who made me so proud. She was an absolute dream to produce and campaign— especially at 38 weeks pregnant! A massive few days, and now time to shift focus, temporarily retire Dee and spend time with our baby girl 🤍

A huge thank you to everyone in my corner for all your support and help — I truly couldn’t have done it without you 🥰

A massive thankyou to the commitee , sponsors , volunteers and judges for their efforts towards running a great show.

39 weeks and officially on baby watch 🤍

Horses have always been my world, but for a little while I’ll be stepping back as we get ready to welcome our newest (and tiniest) team member.

I can’t wait to be back doing what I love & I will be before you know it — just with one extra little sidekick in tow 🐴👶

Thank you to everyone for your support and patience during this time. It means more than you know. See you all soon 🤍

Regency Floats NSW ALL WELSH 2026
“Bamborough Luna” my little 3yo filly who we’ve worked out is not a mud runner and prefers fine weather shows (exactly like her mum) 🤪

🏆 Reserve Champion Hunter Filly
🥇 Part Welsh Filly 3yrs

A massive thankyou to Jess Luscombe for running despite the rain ❤️

Thank you to Helen and the committee, volunteers, helpers, all the sponsors, and judges etc for putting this show together.

Canberra Royal 2026 🎡

💎 Koorana Made With Diamonds 💎
🥇 1st Child’s Small Hunter Galloway ridden by Ellie Roots
🥉 3rd Novice Small Show Hunter Galloway ridden by Sarah Read
🏅 6th Open Small Show Hunter Galloway ridden by Sarah Read

A huge day trip for us this year and a massive thank you to Sarah Read and Ellie Roots for stepping in last minute and riding for me. At 32 weeks pregnant it was probably wise to sit this one out (and spare everyone the sight of my jacket not fitting) 😂

A true testament to Dee’s nature even after having a few weeks off, she went straight from the stable to the ring and the girls rode her like they’d known her forever; giving her the most confident, sympathetic rides. I couldn’t have asked for more 🥰

Happy Birthday to my beautiful girl 🤍

To my mare in every sense of the word, who has looked after me in more ways than she’ll ever know - especially during this chapter of pregnancy keeping the two of us so safe 🩷

What was my once quirky, timid project pony and now a permanent fixture in our stables

So lucky to have you 🐴✨

A massive thankyou to all my wonderful clients, friends and family for your support throughout 2025, wishing you all a happy New Year 🎆
2026 may look a little different but by far the most exciting chapter yet 🤰🏼🩷
