Beautiful Ricky waking up after his disbudding and castration procedure. 🐑❤️‍🩹

We perform a local anaesthetic nerve block to the horns and testicles before the procedure, which is carried out under sedation. Ricky also receives pain relief and anti-inflammatory medication to keep him as comfortable as possible during and after the procedure, helping ensure a smooth recovery.

When we have the ability to provide effective pain relief for our lambs, it's worth making it part of their care 💗
