A friendly reminder to all my lovely clients 🐶💕

When dropping off or picking up your fur babies, please use the driveway at The Paw Palace. The driveway is vacant and available for clients, making drop-offs and pick-ups nice and easy. 🚗🐾

I kindly ask that you please avoid parking in my neighbours’ driveways or directly out the front of their homes. 🙏

I also ask that you please keep your dogs off our neighbours’ grass. 🐕🌿

You are more than welcome to use my front lawn with your fur babies. 🥰🐾

There are plenty of colours to choose from ✌️👌

PVC Collars Starting at $12 each for XS
(They go up to XL for the bigger doggo’s)

Biothane Collars Starting at $15 each for XS

Training Leads $22 each

Ute Clips $15 each

These are all waterproof, very durable and super stunning colours 🙋‍♀️

Let’s talk about cancellations ✅

In the past month I have had a massive increase in cancellations in less that 24hrs ✅

Today I’m implementing rules for cancellations ✅

Less than 24hrs notice given:
A charge of half your groom will be applied and payment will be processed the same day ✅

24hrs notice given:
A charge of $25 will be applied and payment will be processed the same day ✅

48hrs notice given:
There will be no charge ✅

This is to make it fair for me in the salon, and to be able to replace that booking without any loss of revenue.

Going into a shop front there has to be some type of respect given with cancellation, I’ll not be able to run a business on less than 24hrs notice given.

It’s just respectful as you do receive an email 24hrs prior to let you know of your upcoming appointments.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have health issues I am completely understanding of this and can work with you to reschedule your appointment with no charge if contacted prior ❤️

Update: The Website Is Back Up And Running 🙏💕🐾
Good morning friends, clients and followers 🐾💕

Unfortunately I have woken up to find the website is completely down and not taking bookings, along with the salon being completely flooded over night today we will be closed to clean and fix the issue 👌

We will back on board again tomorrow hopefully with a sparkling clean floor and no leaking water and working website ☝️

My apologies to those effected 🫶🙏
