🏆 So proud to see Lovely Banks Little Miss Diva making her mark in the show ring! 🏆

We were absolutely thrilled to receive this recent update on Lovely Banks Little Miss Diva, who left our herd just four months ago.

Diva has had an incredible start to her show career, taking out Reserve Champion at her very first goat show! 🏆💗

As breeders, there is no greater reward than seeing animals we have bred go on to thrive and succeed in their new homes. We are incredibly proud of this beautiful girl and so pleased to see her potential already shining through.

A huge congratulations to her owners on getting Diva show-ready and presenting her so beautifully. We can’t wait to follow her journey and see what she achieves next! 🐐✨

Some of the girls enjoying a fresh paddock. 👏 We finally got around to properly fencing off some new areas for them. Hopefully they can help us keep the weeds down on the motorbike track… 😂

Got all the goats hooves trimmed and yearly vaccinations done today. ✅ Was able to time it with when the next mummas are 4 weeks out from kidding.

Tried out the cyclone pruner floral snips from bunnings for the first time and they were great! Helps that our ground is quite wet at the moment so was very easy to trim all their feet. ✂️

We use Glanvac 6in1. 💉

Posted samples to Worm Check Australia on Monday and had the results by Wednesday afternoon. 👌

The photo shows a good example of how the goats in your herd can all be affected by worms differently.

“A watched pot never boils”… More like “A watched goat never poos!” 💩

Don’t worry, we got there in the end. With some recent wet weather down here in VIC and more upcoming, getting some FEC (faecal egg counts) is a smart move.

This will help determine next steps ie who needs drenching and what drench needs to be used.
