This handsome fella is Cookie, and he’s one of our resident chill old boys! ❤️

You’ll most likely meet Cookie when you’re dropping off or picking up your pooch.
He belongs to my landlord, John, and he comes in for his regular groom — a nice short body while keeping that gorgeous head long and natural, because that’s exactly how Dad likes it! 🥰

Cookie is an older gentleman who loves nothing more than wandering around the shed driveway, having the occasional sun bake ☀️, or you might even spot him just chilling out in the back of John’s van at Shed No. 1 😂

So if you happen to cross paths with Cookie, make sure you say hello! He’s always happy to have a little visit. 🐶❤️

Everyone, say hello to gorgeous Coco! 🥰🐶

Coco came in for her FIRST EVER grooming session with me, and she did absolutely amazing! 💕✂️

She enjoyed a lovely wash & blow-dry, followed by a face, feet and sanitary trim to introduce her to all the sights, sounds and feels of grooming.

🐾 Puppy grooming is all about positive experiences!
Getting puppies started with grooming from a young age helps them become familiar and comfortable with the grooming process, making future visits much easier and less stressful.

And because we want Coco to think grooming is FUN, we finished up with plenty of playtime, cuddles and puppy fun! 🥰🎉

That way, when she comes back next time, she'll hopefully remember her first visit as a fun adventure rather than something to worry about. 💗

Well done, Coco! You were such a good girl! 🐶💕✨

🖤Meet Bobbie & Dottie 🖤

The V.I.Ps of my salon — Very Important Pups! 🐾

These two gorgeous pups are definitely some of my #1 clients, coming in regularly for their washes and clips in between. ✂️🛁

Dottie has been coming to me for, I think, about 3–4 years now, and Bobbie is still my little fella — just over a year old! 🥹 (You should have seen him as a baby!! 😍 also the best colouring on a cavoodle!!)

Dottie was never the biggest fan of grooming. She was never terrible, but she used to tremble a little when she came in and didnt love the dryer. Now, when she gets dropped off and Mum leaves, she gives me ALL the kisses, ALL the cuddles and the happiest little tail wags and is absolutely perfect for her pampering.🥹❤️

Honestly… I would happily steal this dog. 😂 I freaking LOVE her!

And how dang cute do they look after their haircuts?! 😍 They always come out looking absolutely perfect, and that's thanks to their amazing Mum who keeps them in tip-top condition and sticks to an amazing grooming schedule.
Regular maintenance makes such a difference! ❤️🐾

Meet Louis & Nutmeg 🐩🤍

I first met these two gorgeous poodles at the vet, and I’ve now had the pleasure of grooming them a few times at the salon. They are honestly such good dogs to groom! 🥰✂️

They both have the most beautiful, fine hair that just fluffs out like an absolute dream after a groom. And those little faces after a fresh clip… just too cute! 😍

They can be a shy little pups, but once their grooming is all finished, they are more than happy to snuggle up in a salon bed and peacefully snooze away until it is time to go home. 💤❤️

💕 Meet Molly & Daisy 💜

I’ve been grooming and colouring Miss Molly for close to 6 years now, and she has always been such a special girl to have in my books. 💕
She also has the softest fur iv ever touched (even before the groom) and of course she gets her nails painted every single visit too! 💅🏼

This time I got to meet her beautiful new sister Daisy, who is still just a baby at 1 year old. 🥹💜 This was Daisy’s first ever groom with me, her first ever colour and her first ever pawdicure — and it’s safe to say we have definitely discovered that she is a purple girl! 💜

They are both absolutely amazing, and I will always look forward to seeing these beautiful girls pop up in my books. 🥰

And let’s be honest… these divas are VERY spoilt with all the extra add-ons they get 😂👑🐾

🐾 Meet Leo! 🐾

This handsome Cavalier and I crossed paths again yesterday after quite a few years since his last groom with me! Hm. is mum recognised me from my previous salon and was so lovely to bring Leo back to me. 🥰

Leo was such a good boy to groom. He had a 4-blade body clip, a cute tidy-up around his ears and tail, and a very much needed nail trim. ✂️🐶

The reason for the shorter clip is that Leo gets quite hot on his walks, and with all this beautiful spring weather, it was definitely time to help him stay a little cooler and more comfortable. ☀️

He was even kind enough to stash a few burrs (prickles) in his coat for me to discover… because apparently I didn't have enough to do! 😂🌿

When Mum picked him up, the first thing she said was that he looked like a puppy again — and honestly, I completely agree! 😍

Just look at that sweet little face. Leo, you are one very handsome boy! ❤️🐾

Meet Punkin 🎃🐾

Some dogs become clients… and some become part of the salon family. ❤️

Punkin has been coming to me for quite a few years now (on and off), and she really is the sweetest little pooch.

Punkin is still a sweet, shy little thing, but she is honestly one of the absolute best dogs on the grooming table. She quietly sits there and lets me do my thing like the little champion she is. 🥰

Recently, Punkin unfortunately had to have one of her eyes removed due to nasty glaucoma. 💔 But honestly… you would NEVER know anything had happened! She has bounced back like an absolute superstar and hasn't let it slow her down one bit. What a little champion! 🥹🐾

And let's be honest… LOOK HOW CUTE SHE IS NOW! 😍

Meet Bentley 🐾🥔

Everyone, meet Bentley! 💙

Bentley is the cutest little rolly-polly Pug, and my girls absolutely fell in LOVE with him. 😂 They decided he looks exactly like a cute little potato… and honestly, they’re not wrong! 🥔😂

Bentley came in for a very well-needed deshed, and WOW… did this little potato have some undercoat to lose! 😳

After getting all that compacted undercoat out, the salon looked like a Puggy snow globe! ❄️🐶 There was fur EVERYWHERE! 😂

But look at him now! ✨ A fresh, fluffy, happy little guy who is feeling much lighter and looking absolutely adorable.

These two handsome boys have been coming to me for quite some time now, and I’ve absolutely loved watching them grow into such dapper old fellas! 🥰✂️

Charlie is still the ultimate smooch pooch and will sneak in a kiss any chance he gets 😂💋 He’s such a sweetheart!

And Louie… well, he can be a bit of a scaredy cat 😂 but over the years he’s built up so much trust in me, and now he knows I’m there to help him get through his haircut and keep him feeling safe.

Meet gorgeous little Opal 💕 — a beautiful 5-month-old Poodle who came in yesterday for her VERY FIRST GROOM! 🥹✂️

Now, I don’t normally recommend doing a full clip for a puppy’s very first groom, but Opal absolutely blew me away! 😍 She was such a little superstar and handled everything so beautifully.

And can we talk about the fluff?! 😂 She was a whole 2kg of FLOOF! ☁️🐩

She looks absolutely adorable after her fresh clip, and I’m so excited to watch her grow and continue getting more comfortable with her grooming visits. 💗

Thank you to Opal’s mum for trusting me with her first big groom! 🥰

I can’t wait to see you both again in 8 weeks, Opal! 🐾💕
