As we say goodbye to our beautiful weanling filly Moon it's always pleasing to see the training paying off as they step calmly onto the truck for the first time. Safe journey from QLD to Victoria special girl. Can't wait to see her grown into those legs with her new family ♥️. Big thanks to Ultimate Horse Transport for always taking the time and care with our young ones.

Sad day at the stud today. Vet visit to microchip foals and geld both our Warlander c**t Smoke and our Andalusian stallion High Pines Feanor. Yes, I did cry when it was Feanors turn.. but life moves on and he will have a better quality of life as a gelding instead of forever keening as a stallion without any mares here. Smoke took it very well for a standing castration and recovered in record time after we deflated his 'attitude ballasts'. Feanor can't hold his liquor so choose to lay down for his and started snoring. Thankfully clotted well which was my biggest concern.

Loving them sleepy morning feels with my foals ♥️.. ..... until I want to get up and they don't 😅

Hoof trim day for the crew, 3mo siblings Moon and Smoke has their first trim and did amazing! Smoke felt obliged to show his c**t-ness and started a bit fiddly, but then got bored and stood still, whilst Moon raised the bar way above expectations and took it like a veteran ❤️. Great job by local farrier Adam for his patience and kind handling.
