🐱☀️ Say hello to the handsome Loki! 🐾💛

Loki came in to visit us for a little freshen-up with a cat groom! ✂️✨ There’s nothing like a bit of pampering to help our feline friends look and feel their best! 😻

With summer just around the corner, now is a great time to give your pet’s coat some extra attention. Regular grooming helps remove loose fur, minimise tangles and matting, and keep their skin and coat in tip-top condition. 🐾

It’s also a handy opportunity to check for any skin changes or unwanted visitors, like fleas and ticks! 🔎

Remember, every cat is different, and their grooming needs depend on their coat type. Keeping up with the right grooming routine can help your kitty stay comfortable and ready for the warmer months! ☀️💕

And Loki? He absolutely loved every last bit of the attention he received! 💛 He was such a happy, moochie boy, soaking up all the love and cuddles during his visit. We think it’s safe to say he enjoyed being the centre of attention! 😻🐾

🐾 Meet the team 🐾

Hi! I’m Paige!

My journey originally started as a volunteer for the RSPCA during my final year of high school. I then went on to complete my certificate III in Animal Studies and found my first job in a vet clinic in 2022. Since then I have also completed my certificate IV in Veterinary nursing at Tafe QLD. I have a strong passion for all sides of my role from being the smiley face at the reception desk to monitoring anaesthetic and recovery your fur babies after surgery.

Fun fact about me: My own fur baby April a beautiful ginger cat was a stray that I have adopted from Flinders View.

🐾Meet Sophie – Our Practice Manager! 🐾

Sophie is our Practice Manager and a qualified Veterinary Nurse, bringing more than seven years of experience in the veterinary industry to our team. After completing her Certificate III in Animal Studies in 2018 and Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing in 2019, she spent several years working hands-on in veterinary nursing. During this time, she developed a strong passion for anaesthesia, hospital care and patient wellbeing.
In her role as Practice Manager, Sophie combines her clinical experience with her passion for supporting her team and fostering a positive, collaborative clinic environment. Her hands-on nursing background has given her a strong understanding of the day-to-day operations of a veterinary practice, which informs her approach to leadership, teamwork and client care.
Sophie is passionate about supporting and developing her team, creating efficient systems and ensuring that patients and their families receive the highest standard of care throughout their veterinary journey. She is always looking for opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills while contributing to the continued growth of the clinic. 💚
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find Sophie camping, 4WD driving, catching up with family and friends, or making memories with all her much-loved fur babies! 🐶🐾
