DELIVERY ALERT 🚨🚚! We're shaking things up around here! 🤯

Due to crazy demand (thanks, guys! 🙏) and fuel prices that just won't quit ⛽️, we're passing the delivery torch to a 3rd party superhero 🦸‍♂️. What does this mean for you? 🤔 Well, delivery charges are going up to $15, and you'll need to meet a $150 minimum order requirement 📈. But don't worry, it's not all bad news! 🙅‍♂️

From now on, you'll get your paws on our goodies EVERY WEEK 🎉! Just remember to get those orders in by Thursday for a Wednesday delivery 📆. Some areas around Ipswich, Springfield, and the Scenic Rim will still get their orders on Tuesdays, and Beaudesert, Jimboomba, Tamborine, and Laidley will get theirs on Thursdays 📍. Check our website for the full postcode list 📊.

For those of you who have been with us for a while, you know winter is our time to take a break and hit the road with our sled dog team. The 2026 season is wrapping up soon, and I couldn’t be prouder of our dogs.

We’ve had tons of local races, two trips interstate, and one more on the calendar for next weekend. They’ve really given it their all! Plus, Anthony scored the title of 2026 National Champion in the 1 and 2 dog scooter class.

Big thanks to all of you wonderful customers who have worked with us through changes in delivery days and occasional stock shortages. Traveling with our dogs is a massive part of our lives and where Spot On Nutrition started, so we truly appreciate your support.

And shoutout to our amazing staff for keeping everything running smoothly while we’ve been off exploring the country.

**AUGUST DELIVERY SCHEDULE**

Delivery dates have returned to normal, with the exception of the Logan, Redlands, and Gold Coast routes, which will be delivered on Wednesday, August 19th, instead of Tuesday, August 18th.

We are gradually transitioning our delivery packaging from cooler bags to boxes. By the end of 2026, all deliveries will be handled by a third party, allowing us to offer a weekly delivery schedule that includes some new areas outside of Southeast Queensland, along with subscription options. We are working on a few updates for the website before this change occurs, so please stay tuned for more information as it becomes available.

It's winter again, which means sled dog racing is in full swing and we are running away for our yearly R&R!

For our long-time customers, you’ll be happy to hear that we’re keeping the retail store open this year. Our awesome team will be running things while we’re away. Just a heads up, a couple of delivery dates will change, so make sure to note those.

Brisbane folks, there’s only one delivery coming your way in June instead of the usual two. If you need to stock up your freezers, make sure to catch the delivery on May 26th.
