We’re excited to welcome both new and returning riders for another term of quality, goal-focused riding lessons.

Whether you’re a complete beginner, an experienced young rider, or working towards competing, lessons are tailored to suit each rider’s ability, goals and experience — with the option to ride one of our school ponies or your own horse.

Molly brings extensive experience as a show rider, pony breaker and trainer,working with ponies from the beginning of their careers through to becoming safe, versatile and competition-ready partners for show riding, Pony Club and beyond.

We currently have 5 regular lesson spaces available for half-term or full-term bookings.

A weekly commitment allows us to provide consistency, track progress and help every rider work towards their individual goals throughout the term.

We currently have one space becoming available from the end of October for breaking in or ongoing training.
If you’re looking for a kind, experienced and professional rider to help educate your pony and establish the right foundations, we would love to hear from you.

Our approach is centred around patience, consistency and correct training, with the aim of developing confident, willing and well-rounded ponies.

We are also happy to take on ponies requiring competition preparation or sale preparation, tailoring their training to their individual needs and goals.

If you’re looking for someone to guide your pony in the right direction and help bring out their full potential, please feel free to get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Rider Development & Competition Program

M & L Equestrian are excited to offer an exclusive program for dedicated riders who are ready to work hard, commit to their riding, and take their competition goals seriously.

This program has been designed for riders who want to train weekly, develop their skills and confidence, and gain valuable competition experience while riding alongside a competitive rider and trainer.

We are looking for riders who are prepared to commit to:

✨ Weekly lessons and training
✨ Consistent effort and dedication between lessons
✨ A minimum of 1–2 competitions per quarter
✨ Developing your riding, knowledge and confidence
✨ Working towards individual competition goals
✨ Being part of a supportive and growing equestrian community

Each rider will have their own allocated schoolmaster for the duration of the program, allowing you to build a genuine partnership and develop consistency in your riding.

Alternatively, riders are very welcome to bring their own horse or pony and work towards their goals with their own partner.

This is a program for riders who are ready to put in the work, commit to the process and enjoy the rewards that come with consistent training and competition.

🏆 Limited to a maximum of 5 riders (on our school horses) to ensure each participant receives individual attention and quality coaching.

If you’re a dedicated rider looking for more than just a weekly lesson — and want to become part of a community, train consistently and compete alongside a competitive rider/trainer — we’d love to hear from you.

This program is solely run by Molly and will require mid week commitment for lessons and weekend commitment for competitions. This is an opportunity to ride top level ponies/horses and care for them on a weekly basis.

Starting our search for a 3-4 bedroom preferably out of town closer to canyonleigh side of the highlands for our family.

Suitable for 2 border collies (fenced yard) and a child. Preferred on acreage, I run my own equestrian business and my partner has a truck business. We are neat, tidy and professional. If in town we would like something with a big backyard for the dogs otherwise happy to be out of town near canyonleigh (or within 30 minute drive) and can help with horses etc if on a property. Looking for a modern style home that’s clean and cosy for our family.

Budget depends on the space but can spend under $1,000 p/w.

✨ Sarowan Park Presley ✨

Our beautiful welsh x Arabian gelding Presley on his 5th week under saddle, he has been the easiest breaker this year and we are lucky to call him our own. Cass and I have been working hard behind the scenes with this boy to bring it all together and we are so proud of how far he has come.

A few months break and hopefully back in for show preparation for next year.

We’ve got 1 space for outside ponies from November if anyone is looking for a kind, experienced breaker/trainer to work with their ponies feel free to reach out.

🦄 WANTED ULTIMATE UNICORN FOR YOUNG RIDER 🦄

Do you have the perfect allrounder for a capable 11 year old to enjoy? We are searching for that special horse no one wants to part with.

Non negotiables below (No Green horses, nothing over 15HH and absolutely no horses that haven’t carried a junior around for atleast 1-2 years at competitions)

Must be able to jump a full round at min 80cm
Nothing hard to handle on the ground or under saddle
Soft snaffle mouth with no dirt at all.

We are looking for an allrounder for a capable junior rider looking to be competitive in all fields, something nice enough for the show ring but also capable of safely taking her around a jump course or trail ride with ease. Must be kid proof. Has to be able to cope with legs swinging at times under saddle and prefer more whoa than go nothing too forward

Will be vetted and not buying sight unseen so without 4-5 hours of Southern Highlands NSW is a must

✨ Gunning Spring Show ✨

We had a beautiful relaxed day at gunning, nice and sunny with calm ponies.

My newest member of the show team, who hadn’t been shown since he was a 2 year old in hand stepped out Inhand and under saddle today. Very Proud of him trying so hard while still being green his work.

-2nd ridden hunter pony 13-14hh
-1st ridden second chance hunter pony
-3rd ridden welsh B and Arab Deriv under 14hh (he was a bit tired by these classes)

We also took eastview why not for Stella and Grace rode her superstar pony Millie! They both won a lot more than I did and I’m so proud of everyone.

Lil also stole eastview why not and scored a reserve champion in her rider class

BARBIE HOLIDAY CAMP 2026

The week leading up to Berry interschools, perfect time to get the practice in you need before the weekend.

Next holiday camp bookings are open please message us or book via the website (limited to 12 spaces and only 3 lesson horses so get in quick)

This is our last camp at Fitzroy falls before we relocate to a bigger/better property so lets have as much fun as we can to remember the history behind Fitzroy falls equestrian centre.

All riders must be able to walk and trot independently (steering and trotting at the same time) anyone that hasn’t ridden here before and wants to ride a school horse will have to organise a riding lesson beforehand to assess horse suitability.
