When the Dr says salt water will help the wound heal and the cold water will help restart the nerves, I'm not going to knock back a trip to the beach.

Horses have ice boots and water walkers, I have the beach 🏖 come on leg heal.

INJURY UPDATE WEEK 5
I think is will be the last update.
My leg is healing nicely, still no feeling but I'm getting use to that. Today I'm walking around normally.
I'm back at work but from home, hopefully back to the office this week.

Week 4 injury update
Finally walking around 🎊
My leg is healing great, still bruising on my foot and still no feeling from just above the wound to my ankle. Frankston plastics team said it could be 6 months but there is a chance the nerves are dead so time will tell.
Back to work Tuesday on light duties
I got to see my beautiful boy yesterday he is so happy at 💜💚

What great promotion for our sport. We really do get to ride in some beautiful places and see some amazing countryside.
