We kindly remind all clients that ALL cancellations made on the day of a lesson will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

As you can appreciate, running a small business comes with significant ongoing costs. Our ponies still require daily care regardless of attendance, including feed, farrier visits, veterinary care, and general upkeep. When lessons are cancelled at short notice, it has a real impact on our ability to manage these expenses, and it is impossible to fill those lesson spots with minimal notice.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we appreciate your understanding of why this policy is necessary.
