The sunshine was so lovely this morning but now we’re back to rain ☔️ ☀️

Pictured are Roany and Shadow enjoying the sun ☀️

Roany is our resident free-range horse that thinks fences are merely a suggestion and helps herself into whatever paddock she feels like 🤦🏽‍♀️🤣

I didn’t manage to get any photos from our Ladies Morning today, except this one of Roany looking thrilled about coming in for work 😆

I spent the morning with some lovely ladies who compete in endurance riding, and it was so nice to see how open-minded they were to trying different exercises that could help build muscle, improve strength and get their horses thinking a little differently.

I also spent plenty of time asking them questions about what they do, how they train and what goes into endurance riding.

I have so much admiration for how tough, brave and resilient these ladies are! It’s certainly not a sport for the faint-hearted 😅

One thing I love about horses is that no matter what discipline you’re involved in, there’s always something you can learn from someone else 🫶🏼
