We are on the look out for meat packer/shop assistant for our little but busy shop.

No prior experience is required but you must be comfortable handling raw minced meat, feet, necks and heads to name a few!

Position is on a casual basis to start but regular hours/ongoing work is available for the right person.

Any legal working ages of any ability welcomed and encouraged to apply.

Why? Because making quality food more accessible and affordable is really important to us. We’ve worked out a way to offer a different protein each month at a better bulk price wherever we can giving you the chance to add more variety without the usual price tag.
For October, it’s VENISON! 🦌
Venison is always a highly sought-after protein, and this month you can grab it at an even more affordable price - just straight, quality venison mince.

October Bulk Box Special
10kg — $120
20kg — $230
That’s a saving of up to $50 per box!

We definitely recommend calling ahead or pre-ordering, as our venison supply is limited each week and so is our availability for same-day bulk boxes.

Hey, We are still here!
It's just... last month or so has been a little bit crazy behind the scenes here at Pro Pet! 🫣🐾

We’ve been hit with several power outages, which have meant constantly rearranging our production days, stock schedules and customer orders to make sure we can keep everything running as smoothly as possible.

At the same time, our right-hand man Lee has been out of action recovering from a broken hand - which, when you’re making and packing hundreds of kilos of fresh pet food every week, definitely leaves a pretty big gap! 😂

And amongst all of that, we also welcomed the newest little member of our family - another beautiful baby girl. 💕
So while Pro Pet has been navigating outages, production changes and being a man down, our family has also been adjusting to a very special new chapter of our own.

And because apparently we thought we needed just one more thing on our plate… we’re also making a big move into our new home in two weeks. Talk about timing! 😂📦

It’s definitely been a season of change, juggling, very long days and plenty of last-minute rearranging, but we’ve been doing everything we can to keep your freezers stocked and your furry kids’ bellies full.

We just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who has been patient, flexible and understanding with us while we’ve navigated all of these challenges and changes. 💛

Running a small family business means there isn’t always a big team behind the scenes to pick things up when life gets hectic, and sometimes everything really does seem to happen at once. Your patience, kindness and continued support genuinely means more to us than you probably realise.

We’re slowly getting things back into rhythm, Lee is on the mend, we’re settling into life with our newest little girl, and soon we’ll be unpacking boxes in a new home too. 🏡💕

New regular supply coming in HOT! 🔥

We're so excited to finally be bringing fresh venison in every week for all our favourite furry foodies! 🐾

At Pro Pet Food, we're all about variety, consistency, and keeping those tails wagging, and we know just how many of our four-legged customers go absolutely wild for venison!

From Monday 3rd August, we'll be receiving a fresh weekly supply and will have it available in:

We'll do our best to keep it stocked in-store, but space in our cool room is limited each week... and we have a feeling this one's going to disappear fast! 👀

⚠️ Planned Western Power Outage – Wednesday 29th July
Due to a scheduled Western Power outage. Pro Pet Food will be closed on Wednesday 29th July.

As the outage will be for an extended period, our chilled shop cabinet will not be stocked next week. To ensure you don't miss out, please pre-order any food you require.

If you don't already have a standing order with us, please get in touch to place your order as soon as possible.

📦 Collection days available:
• Tuesday 28th July
• Thursday 30th July
• Friday 31st July
• Saturday 1st July

Where possible, products will be kept frozen throughout the outage. If you normally prefer your order fresh/chilled rather than frozen, we kindly ask for your patience and flexibility while we work around the scheduled outage.
