Goatee Dreams Really Do Come True!

Katie’s dream has finally come true! 💗

When we decided to give Luna one last chance, there was only one thing Katie wished for… a mini Luna!
Luna has only ever blessed us with boys, so we weren't sure this dream would ever become a reality.

But sometimes, dreams really do come true! ✨

💕 Introducing Scapegoat Aylin… AKA Katie’s Mini Luna! 💕

She may not be standard Pygmy colours, sporting moonspots but she is a little chucky girl. This one was never going to be about the US Pygmy Standards, it was about a personal journey with Scapegoat Luna.

Scapegoat Bixx's brother and sister have been watching her get a bottle and I think they want one too. (As you may be able to hear Petti sounds like she's causing dramas in the background with Katie) 😁

Transferring water is always fun when you’ve got the parents over for the weekend. The pump just wouldn’t turn off for some reason. 😁

Scapegoat Bixx definitely thinks she’s one of the BIG girls!

Right or wrong, gate open or closed, invited or definitely NOT invited… Bixx WILL find her way into the big girls’ paddock!

Apparently fences are merely a suggestion when you’re teeny tiny Bixx, even when the fence squares are only 10cm.

In her mind: “I’m a big girl now… I belong here!” 🐐

There’s certainly never a dull moment with this cheeky girl around! 😂

🐐✨ A little surprise from Venus today! ✨🐐

We’ve been so fixated on waiting for two of our other girls to have their babies that we certainly weren’t expecting Venus to surprise us at 145 days!

Clearly, Venus had her own plans!

Welcome to the world, little one! 🐐✨

You’ll find us in the same spot as the last few years, and we can’t wait to see lots of familiar faces!
This year is going to be extra special, with some precious little Pygmy Goat babies joining us for all the fun and, of course, our 2026 keepers, Scapegoat Bixx and Mari, will be there too! 🐐Come by, say hello, meet our Pygmy Goats and enjoy all the excitement of the Dungog Show!
📅 13th & 14th November
