Meet Our Vet Nurses!

✨️Nurse Coco✨️

Ft. The sweetest little meow once again 🐱

Coco is currently studying her Vet Nurse Certificate at AVT. She was with us doing her placement and soon became a permanent part of the City Beach team. She is set to graduate in only 3 months, this is very exciting.

Coco has always wanted to be a vet nurse since she could talk, she has a deep love & care for all animals and couldn’t imagine doing anything else!

Meet Our Vet Nurses!

✨️Nurse Chelsie✨️

Ft. The sweetest little meow

I graduated veterinary nursing in 2019 shortly after volunteering in Sri Lanka at an elephant foundation, this quickly solidified that I had to work in the industry!

I have always been very drawn to animals, and to have a job that allows me to care, nurse and be an advocate for them is a dream come true. I am passionate in making our patients experience as pleasant as possible and reducing their stress when receiving treatment and care.

When I’m not working, I am usually travelling around Australia, exploring new places, or spending time with my family.

Meet Our Vets!

✨️Dr Ash✨️

Ft. Smelly Cat 🐶

Ash started working at City Beach Vet as a pre-vet student in 2015. After getting into vet school at Murdoch University, she continued to work there until she graduated as a vet in 2021. After 4 years of working in other busy small animal practices, she has come full circle and returned! Ash is particularly passionate about palliative and geriatric patient care. She is also a bit of a crazy cat lady and frequently fosters neonatal orphaned kittens. Ash has a beautiful cat named Smelly who she hand reared since 2 weeks old.
