As we get closer to the Crazy Christmas month I would like to remind everyone that my small business relies on your support and attendance at appointment times to pay the expenses and for me to earn a wage.
If you book a groom and don't show up, I often can't replace that lost time or income.
It would be like you having your pay unexpectedly docked anywhere from $25 to $120 on a single day, but your expenses remaining the same.

So, as you can probably guess this has recently become a small problem for me, and in order for it not to become a BIG problem, I have implemented the following policy:

Cancellation and No Show

If you book an appointment and later wish to cancel:
24 hours notice is required ( so I can replace and reschedule that time.)
Failure to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation will incur a fee equal to 50% the price of the groom.
No Show: Failure to cancel and not attending the appointment will incur a fee equal to 100% of the price of the groom.( I will have no option of replacing or scheduling that time or money.)

I understand that emergencies occur and will always be considered.
