We are so grateful to our customers. Sometimes we ask for a dog to come in a little later than scheduled as we are running behind. Young or old, small or big and sometimes they have unexpected mats that take time to cut out. It doesn’t matter, we take our time to ensure the best experience possible for our pups :-) So a big thank you to our customers for understanding and being accommodating if they can. We really appreciate it

It’s so important to introduce grooming to your pup at an early stage. It sets them up down the track to ‘normalise’ the the grooming process so it isn’t so scary. We just love it when our puppies fall asleep! We are looking forward to grooming little Georgie again.

We had not only two new clients today but both were first timers for hand stripping. We went easy on them and helped them to get rid of their long locks and at the same time training them about the process. Importantly both families were extreme happy with the end results. Our hearts (and our bins) are now full. We are looking forward to seeing them again soon.

These dogs just donated half of their wardrobe!

Less fluff, more fabulous. Look at all of that fur.
Our deshedding treatments help remove loose undercoat, reduce, shedding and leave your pup feeling fresh clean and sooo soft.
Just imagine how much of that fur would have ended up on the couch.
