We aim to advise you (where possible) of various treatment options and assoc

iated costs before proceeding with any treatment or procedure. Please be aware that we cannot give quotes for treatments but can give you an ESTIMATE before proceeding (however this is difficult in emergency situations). If your pet is in hospital with us we will endeavour to give you regular updates on your current account. Account Payments:

As a small business we cannot offer credit. Our Terms of Trading are full payment at the time of service and for your convenience we accept Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, Cash & Cheque. Veterinarians, however, receive no government subsidy (ie Medicare) and have significantly higher overheads than medical doctors. Veterinary fees are NOT GST exempt as are doctor’s fees.

Aurora has a new product to showcase this week 🐾

Over the coming days we’re introducing you to one of our newest veterinary joint support products, Cenmaris GSM, and we’re genuinely excited to have it available in clinic!

Joint health is something we often don’t think about until our dogs begin slowing down, but the reality is that supporting healthy joints isn’t just for our grey-faced golden oldies. Active dogs, growing dogs, sporting dogs and even those who simply love to charge around the backyard can all place plenty of demands on their joints throughout life!

Last week we had the pleasure of welcoming Maya to the clinic for work experience, and what a wonderful week it was ✨

Maya jumped into the world of veterinary nursing with so much enthusiasm, curiosity and a genuine love for animals. Whether it was lending a hand around the clinic, asking thoughtful questions or soaking up everything she could, it was clear she has a big heart for helping animals feel their very best!

When we asked Maya about her favourite animals, the answer was easy; otters and just about anything that lives in the sea! Apparently fluffy sea creatures have completely stolen her heart 🦦 🤎

Thank you for spending the week with us, Maya. We hope you had as much fun learning as we did having you as part of the team. We can’t wait to see where your journey into the animal world takes you 🐾

Our team recently spent time brushing up on our anaesthetic knowledge, and safe to say we had an absolute blast with Char from Practical Anaesthesia!

Sweet Lexi stopped by to see Dr Pip and, after soaking up a few cuddles, made a beeline for our goodies basket 🤭

Safe to say, Lexi has already worked out where the good stuff is and we think Dr Pip might have a new little helper 💜 🐾
