Happy Father’s Day from Dayboro Pet & Rural, but an extra special one to our very own Dan, who gets to celebrate his very first Father’s Day this year

Some of you may have noticed we’ve been a little quieter than usual on our socials lately, and there’s been a pretty special reason why.

On July 13th, Dan and Em welcomed their little boy, Archer, into the world a little earlier than expected. Their first few weeks as a family of three didn’t quite go to plan, with a few unexpected medical challenges and some time spent in hospital, so our attention has understandably been a little closer to home.

Thankfully, things are beginning to settle and they’re slowly finding their feet as a family of three, and around the shop again too.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, grandads, stepdads, father figures and pet dads in our wonderful community. We hope you get thoroughly spoilt today!

Today we pause.

ANZAC Day is a time to remember those who served, those who sacrificed, and the families who carried that weight alongside them. It’s part of our story, and something that still sits quietly in the background of everyday life.

As a veteran-owned business, this day hits a little closer to home for us. It’s a reminder of the values that carry through long after service. Mateship, resilience, showing up for your community, and looking out for the people around you.

We’re grateful for what was given, and we won’t forget it.
