🐾 MEET BRUNO — OUR BIG BEAUTIFUL BOY 🐾

Previously known as Moto, this handsome 7-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback x Staffy has officially become our longest canine resident… and we think it’s about time his forever family came along. 🥹❤️

Bruno is a big, lovable boy with an even bigger heart. He absolutely LOVES his food (seriously, you may want to check your dinner is safe 😂) and is happiest when he’s getting plenty of love and attention.

After spending far too long waiting, Bruno deserves to know what it feels like to be someone's beloved companion again — a comfy bed, a full tummy, a family of his own and, most importantly, a place to call home. 🏡

💔 Delilah is waiting for her second chance…
All Delilah wants is somewhere to feel safe. 🌸

Meet gorgeous Delilah — a beautiful fluffy tortie girl with a heart as gentle as her nature. 🐾

Delilah has only ever known one loving owner, but sadly, they passed away, leaving this sweet girl to navigate a world she doesn’t really understand.

She is incredibly placid, gentle and sweet, but Delilah is also very nervous and unsure, and shelter life is proving quite overwhelming for her. She needs someone who understands that trust takes time and who will allow her to come out of her shell at her own pace.

What Delilah needs isn't a busy household or lots of excitement. She needs a quiet, calm and patient home where she can feel safe, secure and loved again. ❤️

Once she knows she is safe, we hope this beautiful girl will show the wonderful personality hiding beneath those nerves.

Ophelia has spent almost her entire life in a shelter. It’s time she went home.

She arrived at RSPCA NT as a tiny kitten and has watched countless other cats leave with their new families. Now 18 months old, Ophelia is still waiting for someone to choose her.

She deserves a warm bed, a sunny windowsill and a family of her own.

To help her find that family, Ophelia’s adoption fee has been reduced to $150.

CATS, CATS, CATS... WE HAVE LOTS OF CATS

If you’ve been thinking about adopting a cat, now is a very good time to come and meet us.

We currently have lots of beautiful cats looking for homes at RSPCA Northern Territory.

Young cats, older cats, confident cats, quiet cats, cats who want to be involved in everything you do and cats who would be perfectly happy finding a comfortable spot on the couch and watching the world go by.

They all have their own personalities, and they’re all waiting for the same thing. Someone to give them a chance.

Choosing to adopt also does more than change the life of the cat you take home. Every adoption creates space for another animal that needs to come into our care.

So if a cat has been on your mind, come out to RSPCA NT and meet them in person. You never really know which one you’ll connect with until you do.

If you can’t adopt right now, sharing this post with your friends and family really does help us reach someone who can.

Playful, affectionate, goofy, and full of personality, they deserve just as much love as every other feline. Sadly, they're often overlooked, but those lucky enough to have one know they're truly something special.

It was wonderful to see the students, staff - come together to bake, donate and enjoy some delicious treats, all while raising funds to help animals in need. Every dollar raised helps provide food, shelter, veterinary care and a second chance for vulnerable animals across the Northern Territory.

We're so grateful for your kindness, generosity and support. Together, we're creating a brighter future for animals in the NT - one cupcake at a time.🐶🐱❤️
