☀️ HOT WEATHER REMINDER - KEEP YOUR FUR BABIES SAFE! ☀️

As the temperatures begin to rise, it’s very important to keep a close eye on our beloved pets and make sure they’re safe, cool and comfortable. Our furry family members rely on us to keep them protected during the warmer months, and even a short time in the heat can be dangerous.

A few simple reminders to help keep your pets safe:

💧 Always provide plenty of fresh, clean water.
🌳 Make sure they have access to shade and a cool place to rest.
🚗 NEVER leave your pets unattended in a parked car, even for a few minutes.
🐾 Avoid walking your dogs during the hottest parts of the day, and remember that hot pavement can burn their precious paws.
🌡️ Keep an eye out for signs of overheating, including excessive panting, drooling, weakness or vomiting.
If you notice these signs, move your pet somewhere cool and contact a vet immediately. Check on outdoor pets regularly and bring them inside if the heat becomes too much.
