🐱💕 How adorable are these little British Shorthair kittens? 💕🐱
These gorgeous 6-week-old kittens visited our clinic for their first vaccination and microchipping. They were incredibly cute, curious, and brave during their visit! 😍

Starting vaccinations at the right time is an important step in protecting kittens and puppies from serious infectious diseases, while microchipping provides permanent identification and greatly improves the chances of being reunited with their family if they ever get lost.

We loved meeting these little bundles of fluff and look forward to seeing them again as they continue to grow! 🐾❤️

It was a very cute Cat Day at Stud Road Vet Clinic 💕

Our cat holding room is often filled with the sweetest feline visitors! Mango and Kaos recently came in for their desexing procedures, and lovely Gilly was admitted for fluid therapy and supportive care.

Lucky’s Story – A Reminder Not to Ignore the Signs!

Lucky the cat was brought into our clinic by her loving family after they noticed she had been vomiting. She had eaten the previous morning but then stopped eating completely, although she was drinking a lot of water. She was also much quieter than usual, and diarrhoea had been noticed at home.

Our team acted quickly and performed X-rays, which revealed a foreign body stuck in Lucky’s intestine. She was immediately booked in for surgery to remove the obstruction.
Thankfully, the surgery went very well, and Lucky recovered smoothly. We are so happy to say that Lucky is now back to doing great and enjoying life again! 💖🐱

This is an important reminder for all pet owners — signs such as vomiting, not eating, diarrhoea, lethargy, or changes in behaviour should never be ignored in cats or dogs. Early veterinary attention can make a huge difference and, in some cases, save a life.

We had the absolute joy of meeting some of the cutest little fluffballs who came in for their first vet visits — tiny paws, curious eyes, and all the wiggles you could imagine 🐶
